They were quick to schedule and come out to provide a quote. They were recommended by a neighbor which meant a lot to me. I had to follow up with them to get the quote after two days and then I signed the quote and asked for a time to schedule and after several days never received a response. I even followed up with a email to see if they were going to respond and I never got a response. The quote was fair… $ 40 for a 4 meter HDMI cable is a huge markup in my opinion. So I cannot review their work but I would say customer service is far from what I would expect.

The guys at Stockwell are a great choice for your home entertainment needs. It is rare that you find service pros as dedicated to doing the job right as these guys. They are really motivated to do the job right.
My system is tiny and I had completed most of the job myself. These guys came in and treated my install like I was getting a total house install with custom gear when I really only got a few speakers installed. I had some issues, they came back and fixed the job without a question .
Because they came back and fixed the job without complaint, added their own materials without extra charges to me, made excellent recommendations regarding my system, I am giving Stockwell 5 stars.
