I photographed a 6th birthday party at Mints and Honey this past weekend, and I was extra impressed with the staff and the venue! Beautiful, well-​thought out accents, gorgeous presentation of food and fun… I loved the staff and their attentiveness. As a professional event photographer, I photograph a TON of events in venues all over the bay area — I’m rarely overtly impressed, but these ladies clearly care a WHOLE LOT about what they do.
I recommend you reach out to them for your next event.

They just moved to San Carlos. I was at this studio/​venue last year for a baby shower. Last weekend, I came again for my nephew’s 1st birthday party. They have fun crafts, nice & modern playroom. I especially love their cozy living room which all parents can enjoy too. Their customer service is great and helpful! This place is perfect for kid birthday party and family parties!

This place is so perfect and the team is absolutely wonderful! It’s the perfect place for parties for kids and bridal showers for adults. They take care of everything and have such great ideas for décor, activities, food, and favors! This is their new location so if you want to see more pics of work they’ve done, I would search for Mints & Honey on Unilocal for their old San Mateo location.
I can’t wait to be invited for another party here so I can see what else they come up with next!

My girls just LOVE it! This place is great for kids birthday party and a tea party! Its clean, comfy, cozy, modern. Toys and crafts they have are creative and my girls had so much fun. It’s a great venue for kids and also for parents to enjoy. My friends really enjoy our party… not like most of the other places where only kids have fun, adults just stand and wait. The venue is so cozy and warm for parents! Can’t wait to join my friend’s bridal shower in few weeks!
