Needed our piano tuned for the holidays and called Chaz Hawley, who returned my call promptly the same day. I was luckily able to get an appointment for the following week. Chaz was very thorough and professional and took the time to explain to my son, the piano player, what he was doing and even pointed out some other adjustments he was making and how that would change the way the piano sounded, which my son really appreciated. He was very personable and efficient and the piano sounds great! We will definitely be using him again in the future.

We have a Kohler Campbell baby grand that hadn’t been tuned in too many years. A few days before family arrived for Christmas, I called Chaz to see if he could tune it. Of course he was booked, but he squeezed us in on a Saturday night, after attending his friend’s funeral. We will use his services again!

Chaz Hawley was professional, thorough, and very personable! He was meticulous, with his methods, and efficient in getting a perfect job done in a reasonable amount of time, with excellent results! The fee was competitive, and the quality high! I was happy to know that it doesn’t have to cost a fortune, to keep my «baby» in grand shape!
