I’ve been training with Donna for over two years and have had great results. The workouts are always varied and designed to push you. She’s also terrific about paying attention to any issues you might have during a session and modifying if needed. Donna is very knowledgeable about both nutrition and physiology. I’m a lot stronger(and weigh less) since working out with Donna. Donna also has a really great way of working with clients and finding that right balance of encouraging, pushing, humor, etc to get us a great workout.

I am new to using a trainer, and really thought i would hate it(had one at a gym i joined and it wasn’t fun). I have to admit that I am kinda lazy, and like to get away with just one set of an exercise. So working with Donna is a huge step forward. I love the way that she always has something new for me to do(can’t get bored), and Donna makes the workout challenging, but not hard. And each segment is short so that if I really hate one move, I can be done with it quick. I also quite enjoy the space she uses to work out … good music, private, no huge mirrors, amazing choice of equipment,(no place to hide from her.) But the best is that I really feel that she cares about me and my health.

I hate going to the gym. I hate working out. I love Donna and Agile Personal Training. Donna has been my Personal Trainer since 2009. Donna lives and breathes fitness but she is not intimidating by any means. She is funny and friendly. Right before I walked into the gym for the first time in September of 2009, I almost turned around and ran away. I was very overweight, unhealthy and unhappy. Not to mention self conscious and intimidated. I had not been to a gym for a good 10 years prior to that day. Donna made me feel super comfortable from day 1, and she is the reason I have been training with her 2−3x a week for the past 5 years! She pushes me hard, and knows that I can do more than I think I can. If it were up to me I would stop at 1 push up. She keeps me motivated and accountable. We focus on crossfit, weight training and cardio. She always has a new workout routine on her board(seriously, though — how can you come up with 3 different workout routines for years? I don’t know, but she has!). She is accommodating(for instance, some days I need a hug instead of working out… She doesn’t quite give me a hug… Instead, she takes me to the park(you have to go up the hill to get there, and once we are there, we go up and down the stairs 100 times, do push ups, dips, ab exercises, etc. When all is said and done, I feel so much better!). She cares. From meal planning to coming up with special exercises for my shoulders and hips(I sit at work all day), she is always there for me. Her services are affordable. You get world class service for much less than you would pay at any gym! She is passionate and wants you to get healthy. Her home gym is well stocked, has tons of new equipment and weights and is always clean. There is plenty of parking as well. If you are looking for a well-rounded, super knowledgeable trainer that can kick your behind without making you feel inadequate and intimidated, call Donna today. I can’t recommend her enough.
