Ace Raingutter & Building Drainage Systems

I’ll keep it simple. My experience — multiple phone calls — messages left — they’re great to come out and do an estimate but once the proposal is signed and returned (I returned it personally to the office), there is absolutely no follow-​up. The woman who answers the phone at the office and handles the paperwork (and that’s only a few hours a week if you’re lucky enough to catch her) committed to have the job done by mid to end of December. January came and still nothing — when I was lucky enough to catch someone at the office I was told they’re really busy and they’ll call me back by the end of the day to let me know when they can be out to do the gutters. That was almost a week ago — still nothing. For those of you who want a great job done on their gutters call Enlightened in Menlo Park. They are super professional. I had an estimate and my gutters cleaned in less than one week. Great work and very reliable Check out Unilocal — they’re reviews speak for themselves. And, they were $ 150 cheaper!

I use Ace Rain Gutter every year to clean my gutters and downspouts. They are excellent and reliable. Two days ago Kai came out and not only cleared all the leaves and branches from the gutters, he realigned one gutter that was slanted slightly downward due to a faulty installation from another company, plus added a sponge to a downspout that was noisy — all without charging extra. FYI, the other company, that also did the remodeled gutters, never suggested the sponge option when I kept telling them about the downspout noise right behind my bed. Kai also installed a leaf guard along one three foot section that was always clogging and splashing onto the window. I highly recommend Bruce and his company!

The crew at Ace replaced our gutters just around fall. They removed our old gutters, prepped and painted the rafter tails, installed the new gutters, and primered everything in time for our painter to take over and paint the whole house. They even added some extra downspouts we requested. They did a great job of hauling the old stuff away and cleaning up, too.
With the rain we had late last year and so far this year, we have all the evidence we need. The gutters are working great.
On time, on budget, and professionally done. What more can you ask for?

We had Ace install new gutters in our house. They were friendly and courteous, but the work leaves much to be desired. We still have water rolling over the side of our house during a big rain, drips in other places, and I think we even spotted some rust already. Not so good.

I had them out to add a section of gutter to my house where there was none. Reasonable price, and they did a great job. In and out in 3.5 hours, and they even painted some facia that got exposed after I asked them to remove some support blocks that used to be there for an old section of gutter.
