Website says they service the San Francisco Bay Area but when I called to double check on a quote I requested, the rep said they do not service the Bay Area. Maybe you should update your website?

Horrible customer service. Never answers calls. Reserved a jumper for my sons first birthday over a month in advance only to get a call two days before saying they would not deliver due to rain when it clearly says it will be sunny! Do not make reservations with this company. They also say on their website that they deliver in the Bay Area yet they try to charge you $ 40 more since they moved to Vacaville.

Easy transaction. Made reservation online. Jump house was dropped and picked up within 30 minutes of the requested times. The info on this Unilocal page says they accept credit cards, but I’m not sure about that. It was basically cash on delivery. They didn’t have change on them for the amount I gave, but they brought it back when they picked up the jump house. Overall, good experience. Jump house was clean, and worked out really well. The kids(and drunk adults) loved it! No upchuck accidents either! It was a great party.

I reserved a rental for my niece’s second birthday party. I chose Cyber Jumps over many many other rental businesses because this company says it’s family owned and they«guarantee customer satisfaction». Well, I made the reservation and got a confirmation back via email. The day of the party no one showed up. I was frantically trying to call and email the company but NOONE called me back. Needless to say, the kids were very disappointed. VERY bad news to have upset kids at a kids party!
