Don’t bother coming to Panera for breakfast unless you don’t mind wasting your money McDonald’s has a better selection and quality…

I do enjoy this Panera Bread. The food here is as the same quality as any other Panera Bread. I haven’t had anything here that I didn’t like. I love the panini sandwiches and the pasties. I love the unlimited coffee. The one downside is that if you want to warm up your pastry, you’d have to stick it in the microwave.

My wife and finally decided to stop in at Panera Bread. She ordered Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, I ordered sausage egg and cheese on an asiago bagel. Our very first visit to this place and they couldn’t even get the order right. They put mine on hers and vice versa. We switched it ourselves and it tasted okay. How hard is it to get that simple of an order right? Unfortunately this is the state of our society; nobody cares if they get it right the first time or not. Two breakfast bagels and two medium coffees $ 14.03

Let’s start with the positive! The Butternut Squash Ravioli was surprisingly EXCELLENT! All five of us ordered it; all five of us loved it! And, it is for this ravioli that this rating is as high as a 3 star. Now, for the negative. The Asian Salad was bleh and I found a hair in it, which seems to be a trend for us this week! And the service was equally bleh! When I got my salad, I was given chicken instead of avocado, and immediately expressed this to the staff who brought our food. However, she seemed annoyed, and gave an impression that she expected me(a vegetarian) to eat it as is. They also left out a main ingredient in one of the pastas, and my sister’s pasta came out cold. When they politely asked to heat up the pasta and for a side of the ingredient, she, again, seemed annoyed and even laughed… Soooooooo Bleh. BUT you should still get the ravioli!!!

Nice atmosphere, good menu selection, good service except slow cashiers. Only two problems; parking sucks and only 802.11 b free WiFi. Time to get out of the 90’s panera.

I ordered to go. I arrived and everything was normal this was until I looked at our sandwiches at home. I ordered the Sierra turkey and the cran flat bread chicken sandwich for me love. the sierras meat tasted a bit off but i ate it. the CRANFLATBREAD had 3 small pieces of chicken and looked as dilapidated as Los Angeles ghettos. We ate because we were hungry not for enjoyment. we arrived to the mac and cheese,(i like to dip me soft side dinner roll). «something smelled terrible». was it me!!! i thought no as i sniffed it out, walllah dinner roll??? I was unaware bread could smell this terrible. I ate the mac and cheese but was disturbed from that dinner roll, smelling like rotted meat but looking fine as day light. the stench was so bad i could smell it from a ways away. My love and I read these terrible reviews and agree that this was are worst experience with panera. Health concern with dinner roll, smells terrible and definitely not normal.

I would like to start by saying I’m a big fan of the Panera franchise, but this is easily the worst Panera I have ever been to. The first day I went in for an iced coffee, and I noticed it was extremely watered down(looked like iced tea). I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter, and she said she would speak to someone. I watched her tell another employee, but as I sat there waiting to get my food, nothing happened. Then, all while I ate, it was never refilled. I was in a hurry at the end, so I decided to just get a soda instead. The second day, I ordered a Kale Power Chicken Salad without the chicken. I watched an employee make her way to my table, come half way, then turn around. It turns out, she had put the chicken in the salad. I found this out because later, while eating it, I found several little pieces of chicken in the salad. It should be industry standard to remake a dish in this situation. Had they asked me, I would have been fine with them just taking it off, but they had no way of knowing if I was a vegetarian or had an allergy. Additionally, I had asked for a receipt, and watched an employee tell 2 other people about this. I never got the receipt. At this point, I was so frustrated, I just left, because I knew it was not worth the long wait it would take. Every interaction with their employees(even just getting my food) took a ridiculously long amount of time. I thought the experience could not get worse when about an hour later, I started getting sick. I will never be returning to this Panera.

I like coming to Panera on my lunch breaks; I’m very predictable when it comes to my lunch as there aren’t too many lower priced restaurants in the area. It’s by Hospitality Lane so you can go to Claim Jumper, Red Lobster and a whole plethora of other sit down restaurants. Panera is more of a fast food sit down restaurant. The menu can be very hit or miss, that’s why I usually stick to the regulars or ask one particular employee to suggestions. The tomato soup is very acidic here — just they way I like it. Pairs very well with the grilled cheese sandwiches they offer. The price can be sitter expensive for a fast food place but I do think they use better quality ingredients than a lot of other places. My favorites from the menu include the steak and white cheddar panini. Apparently it’s not available year round so I always get excited when it’s on the menu. It has shallots, horseradish all pressed and grilled together with white cheddar cheese, in between I think French bread. The seasonal turkey chili is pretty good, too — a lot of restaurants that serve this have chili that tastes too much like turkey sausage, but this reminds me of my favorite chili from Vons, the Stompin’ Steakhouse Chili. I almost always opt to get an iced coffee when I come here. Pricing is pretty much what you would expect it to be here, closer in line with a sit down restaurant than a fast food place so expected a bit higher prices. They are very fast to acknowledge customers and service is usually very good. Usually you do have to clean up after yourself when your done however a lot of patrons don’t follow suit.

Nothing but basic food. Got a grilled cheese sandwhich and the cheese was barely even melted. Mac and cheese was ok, but nothing special. Deff not worth the prices

Once again they didn’t have 5 of their choices of bagels. This is not the first time that they haven’t been stocked up. I asked when they would be bringing out the other bagels. They said ½ hour. If they run a promotion of Bagel Tuesday don’t you think they would have bagels? I have complained online about this store. Evidently they aren’t really interested in correcting this problem. By the way it was at 9:00 am. Do they make bagels?

While only three stars, it’s primarily because of the cleanliness issue. Tables are often dirty when we come in, and today there were crumbs on the floor and seats. But the food is too good to pass up. The bread is always fresh, the soups are always hot, and the mac and cheese is always delicious. It is a regular«Date Night» spot for us. We really like it.

I’m a student in the area and I come here occasionally for a quick lunch or to study for a bit. There’s nothing too special about this location that differentiates it from any other paneras. Definitely a great place to study, with plenty of tables/booths, although it can get crowded, especially around lunch time. The food is what I would expect from any panera, but I have gotten some not very warm soup a few times. Overall, decent food, friendly workers, and a good studying environment(at the less busy times).

I have never gotten sick from eating at a Panera before. Ever! Rather disappointed that I didn’t look at the reviews before coming here, since it seems like other Unilocalers have had similar experiences. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I was super hungry, so I just scarfed down everything(my mistake) before I realized that a) my soup tasted a bit off– very oily and lukewarm and b) the chicken salad part of my sandwich was lukewarm as well. Pretty much within minutes of finishing most of my meal, I began to feel extremely fatigued and nauseous. My bf ordered a hot sandwich and had no issues. Reading other Unilocalers’ reviews, it seems like the issues are primarily with items that can be left out for too long without adequate reheating(e.g. soup and chicken salad).

Customer service was a miss. I asked the cashier what kinds of soup they had, and she pointed at the board. She charged me wrong. She didn’t offer the pastry at $.99, I had to ask. The food was okay. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the baguette was good. The cinnamon coffee cake was super stale and hard. The broccoli cheddar soup was okay. The turkey bacon BLT sandwich was poorly made. It literally has 1 big chunk of turkey and that is it(see picture attached). Very disappointed because I love Panera. They need to get their stuff together.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. Place was fairly busy, but there was plenty of space to sit. The workers there are really friendly and always ask if you need anything. Food was what you would expect from Panera Bread. I tried the new turkery flatbread with a caesars salad: pretty good if you like turkey All in all, a pretty decent Panera Bread experience.

I started out with Panera for the coffee and breakfast goodies. My favorites are the power breakfast sandwich the strawberry yogurt granola parfait and any of the bakery items the quiche is also pretty tasty as well … honestly, all the baked goods I have tried so far have been very tasty. Lately I’ve been trying out some of the pasta and salad options for dinner on and off. A half salad for dinner makes me feel less guilty about going out for happy hour eats with the gang later in the week =-) I did have to knock a star for a couple of little grumbles. Once is that both times I’ve used the restroom, they were looking a little grungy … not outright dirty, but … just a lil bit. More of an issue is the location. This particular shopping plaza has a growing problem with agressive panhandlers in the parking lot /commons. They have a habit of hanging around and then approaching as many people as possible that are entering the shops here seeking handouts. I had this happen to me three days in a row, once in the early morning and twice at night. I like to feel guilt-free about my virtuous and low-calorie salad for dinner, but not if I have to dodge the beggars to get it =-(
