I’m SO glad I went to Inland Computer instead of somewhere corporate like Best Buy. Great experience. Even during the holiday season the guys at Inland Computer Systems were quick to diagnose and repair my laptop. They called me with an estimate and were open until 6 which is really convenient for pickup.

Don’t go there nightmare like the lady below said been there used to use them a lot they are thieves they are not true to their word and their customer service sucks I’m appalled that Epson would use him as a dealer but once I finished filling my lawsuit they will no longer be a dealer or in business.

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews for this place. I took my Epson printer for repair and Jason was excellent to get it repaired under warranty. Work was done excellent and the follow up was even better. I would definitely recommend this place.

Inland Computer Systems is the only place I will take my computer for repair. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable and their service is very fairly priced. I’ve taken my laptop to them for repair on two separate occasions and I was extremely happy with how quickly they fixed the problems each time. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer a free diagnostic. They are located 25 miles from my home, and while there are other(closer) computer repair shops, as another reviewer wrote — they are the only place I would trust with my computers.

I have an HP laptop that just went down one day and would start up but not boot. I took it into Inland Computer Systems and they diagnosed the problem within a day and gave me options on a course of action, I decided on replacing the part rather then trying to repair, which they are fully capable of doing, and when I got my parts in they went to work and installed them and installed windows at no extra cost. However the part I ordered from ebay was faulty and had to send it back and have them send me another one. Inland Computer Systems not only took out the part for free so I could send it back but also assured the part supplier that the part was faulty when they sent it and was not broken by my doing. when I received the replacement part they installed it that same day and still assured me if any more problems occur to not hesitate to call or bring it in. All of this extra work was done at no extra charge. I run a business and know how hard it is to keep everyone happy, in fact it’s not possible. However I will fully endorse and recommend Inland Computer Systems to anyone who needs service on their computer hardware or software. They just made me a regular customer. Thank you again Alex

DONOTGOHERE!!! What a NIGHTMARE! I WISH I COULDGIVEZEROSTARS, they do not deserve even one star. This«business» is the most disorganized, unprofessional company I have ever seen. The people who work there are totally incompetent. Here’s what happened to me. March 282014: Dropped of printer for simple service. Was told I would be given a call in the next day or 2 with more info. April 10: Haven’t had a printer(this printer is used for a business) for almost 2 weeks. No word from these people, so I call. I speak with Alex. It needs $ 45 worth of parts and $ 55 worth of labor. $ 100 total. I say, «PLEASE, do it it, we’ve been waiting 2 weeks, I just need the printer back!». They say the parts will be there or be ready to install the next day. They will call when it’s done. April 14: I call again, since there has been no word. They say they’re waiting for some kind of parts or software. I feel like I am getting the run-around or a half-truth every time I call. No real answers. They say it will be ready in a couple days. I then leave on vacation. I return May 7th assuming the printer will already have been picked up and being used again at my business. NOPE. May 8: No one from Inland Computer Systems has called. I call. I speak with Alex… again. He says he has the parts and it will only take 2 hours to complete, but needs an OK on the quote. I said, «Are you KIDDINGME??? You gave me the quote, $ 45 for parts, $ 55 for labor almost a MONTHAGO!!! Yes, do it!» He sounds confused, gives me a half apology and says they will knock a little bit off of the cost of the labor. This is fine with me. I really just need the printer. It’s 10am. I say I have a driver only during the morning, but Alex says it will be about 12:30 or 1pm before it will be done. I say I will send someone out the next day. MAY92014: I sent my employee out today. I paid him $ 15 per hour and put $ 10 gas in his car to go get the printer. GUESSWHAT??? IT’S NOTREADY!!! And they’re confused as to why we could possibly be upset. WOW!!! ****HERE’S THEBESTPART**** My business partner got on the phone(while our employee stands there getting paid for a pointless errand) and was very very angry. This is warranted, wouldn’t you think? Alex hangs up on my partner. I call, I’m easy going — but not happy. I give him the, «Are you guys serious? This is the worst experience ever. I need the printer. What do I have to do to get the printer? You said for the 3rd or 4th time that it would be done YESTERDAY. What is going on??» He says he is unhappy that my partner called and was so angry. I said, «Alex, you’ve been holding our printer hostage for SXWEEKS!!» A man in the background screams«COMEGETYOURPRINTER, WEAREN’T FIXINGIT, ANDNEVERCOMEBACK!». Alex says«Yeah», and hangs up the phone. This is an AUTHORIZEDEPSONSERVICECENTER. Seriously? This is the worst business, and the most unprofessional I have EVER dealt with. I have many vendors. These guys take the cake. They have no idea what they are doing, they are rude, and they really just don’t care.

Finally i found someone that knows what they are doing, i got no run around, i have a epson 9600 stylus pro, this machine was doing some crazy ish, but they came out, price was perfect for the service, the tech was very on point and ordered a fews parts, i was up and running the next day. Then i decided to bring out my broken iPhones that i had in my drawer at home, all got fixed and gave them to my family members as gifts. They are located kinda far for me, but its worth the drive and they also come out to you. Also I’m purchasing a almost new Mac air book, with a broken screen and i know where I’m going.

So my friend lives out in the Bernard and he tells me his roommates TV took a crap. Apparently she’s GOTTA watch her shows and now he’s going crazy. I found this place for him and now he won’t shut up about it. Got the TV fixed, fixed a stupid printer I told him to throw away, AND fixed his cracked iPhone! Thanks guys for hooking him up!

I drive past this place frequently, seeing the advertisements of 55.00 flat rate and 75.00 flat rate for PC and Laptop repair. Fast forward to two weeks ago, when I bring my girlfriend’s laptop in because of constant freezing when playing video or surfing the web. Speaking to the rep was fairly straightforward, he advised me that it should take 24 hours to diagnose and then another day to fix said problem. I brought it in on a Friday, and called them Monday. The rep on the phone said, «they are taking a look at it, should be a few hours. I went through this cycle until Friday, when a rep said, «Uh, your laptop is done». I asked when it was done and he had no idea. I drove to the store, and spoke with one of the technicians directly. His answer was this: It could have been fixed at anytime during the week, and it’s not uncommon for PC’s to sit for weeks until they have been claimed. I advised him that I was supposed to receive a call once the issue was found, so I could authorize said repairs. The technician gave me no apology and feigned ignorance. I returned home after paying for the repair and low and behold, the laptop is still experiencing the same symptoms… ugh.
