This place is awful. The line was long and when I reached the front they tell me «oh by the way it’s only cash!» I had cash so it was not a problem. They should put a sign letting their customers know before they get in line. The guy that made my shake made it to watery. I told him that I wanted it thick ahead of time. I told him this is watery & he put it in the back of the store in the freezer. He tells me «its going to take 5 – 10 minutes for it to get thicker?!» This was outrages! Too bad I had paid for it already. NEVERGOINGBACKTOTHISCOLDSTONE! They are expensive and their ice cream & customer service is HORRIBLE!

*THISISONEINSTANCEINWHICHZEROSTARRATINGOPTIONSARENECESSARY* I went to the Cold Stone location on university parkway on Thursday February 25th to redeem my birthday coupon(buy one, get one of the same size free). The coupon is valid within the Cold Stone subscribers birth month, needless to say it wasn’t an experience I expected to have, oh what a horrible experience it was. I drove 12 miles in order to get a cup of ice cream that I never received. I didn’t receive my ice cream due to the store not honoring my coupon that is directly related to their particular store. Prior to driving to the store, I throughly checked my coupon to ensure that it did not need to be printed to be valid. According to a typed and taped note on the stores door, all coupons must be printed. Keep in mind, I checked the coupon(including fine print) and no where does it say that the coupon must be printed. One of the team members openly disclosed not being aware of the«coupons must be printed» notice. Management was contacted and still I was not accommodated for my birthday coupon. INCONCLUSION, I walked out an unhappy customer, I let them know that their service was unacceptable and that I would be writing this review. What happen to the customer is always right idea?(in which this case I indeed was) Customer service at this location is definitely not the number one priority, nor a priority at all. Subsequently, I have unsubscribed from the Cold Stone club and will no longer be a customer to this company.

The ice cream is great and the boy who helped me was extremely nice. The only suggestion I have is that if there are multiple customers they should be helping more we than one customer because the wait is usually a Lil long.

Besides the kids in front of me trying to sample every flavor in the case, everything was good.

I’m a Cold Stone regular and have to say, Austin was awesome! Ample parking and great location. Just a basic Cold Stone, but I would return here.

It was a waste of $ 6. I recently moved to the area and I can say, never again coming back here. Rude service and ice cream was half melted when I got it. It’s a job have«a smile» at least sheesh.

I really don’t know how this place can get anything less than 5 stars. It’s ICECREAM and it’s the best their is. I go there regularly and use their BOGO coupons all the time. Never had a bad experience.

This place gets a one star because of the employee named Josh. A few months ago I came here after a long drive from the beach, my family got in line I ran to the bathroom. An employee was cleaning them I asked he he was almost finish just because I was going to run to CVS if not. He said I’m cleaning it. I swear he was carrying the supplies out that’s why I asked. So I waited and he came out left the door opened and slammed the employee door to the back. Not a word if he was finished or not. The reason why I decided to write this review is the same person who’s name I learned was Josh was working the register. No greeting, no smile just a question of what did she order? No one answered so I started to tell him before he looked sternly at me and said I’m asking the employees I didn’t even finish the second ice cream order. They were new and couldn’t even remember. They have made 3 other ice creams since my order. My was melting by this time but it wasn’t full so no mess. I paid and was on my way no thank you screw you or anything. This person is one I think needs a good lesson on manners.

This place is really nice, I’m an ice cream lover and I can tell this is one of the best I’ve tried for a decent price, but I have to tell that the place is somehow death, no «hello» when you arrive or «have a nice day» when you leave, other than that, the guy who helped me was nice and the service was quite fast.

Unreal portion control. $ 6 for a mediocre cookie and whip cream where as there was more whip cream than ice cream. How pathetic. Never coming back. Avoid!

If I could rate less than one I would! How can they think paying $ 5 for a cup of ice cream and then giving you a little more than half full and also melted(with a sorry our freezers are on defrost mode so it’s really soft) is ok? When asked why I was told they weigh it. No where do the pictures show a weight so we don’t know how much we are supposed to get and the pictures also show a full cup! Also the people who came out after me got an overflowing cup. They will never get me back! They lost a customer!(I also sent s complaint to corporate, and absolutely no response!) Oh yeah, they were extremely understaffed and rude!

Worst experience I’ve had at a cold stone. There were three girls working and the line was ridiculously long. Not sure if they were all new or they normally took forever to help each customer. It felt really hot inside, they need to adjust their AC. The ice cream was melting, I am craving ice cream it should be nice and cold not all disgustingly melted. Like another person mentioned it looked like soup when I got it. Not sure how this place hasn’t corrected these issues.

5 stars because this is the only Coldstone around that will get a custom photo printed onto a cake. Thanks a bunch!

Got an «All Lovin no Oven» and it was probably the worst creation… First off, the wait was pretty long despite the small number of people in line… our ice cream only had a few mix ins, but the girl working there took a while to make it, making the end result pretty runny and ugly looking, to be blunt. When we ate the ice cream, it seemed to have way too much whipped cream, an the cookie dough did not seem to be chopped up at all. In short, the service wasn’t too good and the ice cream wasn’t pleasant to eat at all.

The only reason I came here was because I had two gift cards that have been sitting in my wallet. Overall not bad for a chain, but there is better places for ice cream.

the chick that served me must have been new. My end product was runny and looked like strawberry cream soup. Ehh — not my first choice for ice cream.

ordered a ice cream cake here for my daughter’s birthday. I had a lot of guest so I tried to find the biggest cake for the money, yes they are a bit pricey but i promise it was worth every penny!!! I got the standard birthday cake(devil’s food cake and vanilla) fantastic served my 40+ guest huge slices! Around 48.00 with tax would order it again with no hesitation (this was originally written 8÷17÷11 but my account got messed up)
