A little pricey but they’re very nice apartments. Never had a problem with bugs or maintenance or anything like that. I love that there’s lots of pretty trees, two pools, and space to walk the dog.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and plan on renewing our lease! Staff is very friendly, It’s a great location. Maintenance always takes care of any service requests in a timely manner. It’s awesome that there are 2 pools for the community. Our building and surrounding buildings that we live near are very quiet, I’ve only made one noise complaint the entire year that we’ve lived here, and it was taken care of immediately. Easy access to highway 281, 1604 or 410. About 10 minutes away from McAllister Park which is awesome! The only «complaint» that I could think of is that the fitness center needs a little bit of updating, but I love how spacious it is! I still get great workouts! We have lived in 2 other apartment complexes (one being in stone oak) and Walker Ranch is still our favorite :)

Amazing apartments! Floor plans are very spacious, welcoming with a free spa session of a Swedish and facial upon move in. They have front door trash pick up. The GREAT thing is they supply boxes outside your door so you don’t have to see or sell the trash! Balconies are HUGE! FABULOUS place!
