I am so disappointed in this Walgreen’s location. It NEVER fails, every time I need a prescription filled here there’s always a problem. I can never go in and come straight out. So here’s the issue… I had a prescription called in on March 18 (without my knowledge) from my youngest son’s pediatrician. Today is April 13, why am I JUST NOW receiving a phone call to come pick it up? Since I was unsure what prescription it was I called and spoke to the pharmacy dept and was told what it was and was again told, its ready for pick up. Anyhow, since it was called in, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to have extra just in case it’s needed in the future. I drive all the way there to pick it up and told its a problem with the dosage. Like, wtf!!! That should’ve been red flagged a long time ago being that its been there since last month… Almost a FULL month ready to be picked up. Then I’m told it would be a wait because they are trying to contact the pediatrician who wrote the script. I’m so frustrated and heated, I could fry and egg on my head! I told them to cancel the damn thing, send it back, do whatever they want because I wasn’t waiting for it nor was I driving back to get it. I am done with this and all other Walgreen’s because of this recurring problem. Don’t waste your time or money in gas going there to get a prescription even if they call you to tell you it’s ready. I guarantee, there will be some type of issue once you arrive. Take heed!

It’s ok. The overall presentation of the store is great but everytime I go there it seems like something always go wrong. I just go to the walgreens further down on culebra just to avoid being annoyed.

This Walgreens is an absolute pleasure to visit. The layout with what amount to a diagonal aisle from the entrance to the pharmacy bisecting horizontal aisles, is very unique.
The other thing you’ll notice upon entering is how bright the store is. The emphasis seems to have been «white and bright.» Time will tell if this store’s cleanliness will be preserved.
The pharmacy is also jumping into the modern age with two computer terminals from which you can do a number of things like refill a prescription and sign in for immunizations.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and contrast to most of the other Walgreens and their dirty, drab interiors.
