I lived there for two years, and the only complaint I have is that the gate was not always working. I had two bike racks stolen off the roof of my car, but I don’t really blame the apartments. No gated apartments can keep idiots from running into them.
The people there are really friendly and were very responsive when my son was getting picked on by some of the older kids.
The apartments are especially great for the money. The elementary school is one of the best in San Antonio, and there is almost any store you can think of within a 2 mile radius. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
