I had surgery in September 2014 but had several interactions with the staff through out the entire process. I like Adriana, she seemed new but was very professional and polite regardless of the circumstances. Jessica in the other had was very rude and stubborn and doesn’t belong in a position that interacts with the customers. Prior to the surgery I made contact with Peggy, the head nurse in charge setting up the surgery appointments, and I asked Peggy how much the surgery was going to cost but she seemed very confused and puzzled that someone actually wanted to know. She said she didn’t know but that I could call the facilities where the surgery was going to take place to get that information. So I called the facilities and got a reasonable quote of about $ 2,300. Everything is all set, NOT… After the surgery I got bills from everyone and their mom’s. I got the bill from the facilities as expected but then I got bills from the doctors involved, I believe there was 2. I have an in network deductible of $ 2,500 so regardless normally it would have only been about $ 200 from the original quote BUT the problem was that the DOCTOR had the surgery at a OUT-Network facilities(What the HECK)…Now I had to pay both in-network and out-network deductibles… Luckily the facilities give me a break and at the end I had to pay an additional $ 400 above the quote that I original made out to believe was going to be the bill… The doctors office refused to assist with the additional cost caused by their lack of and unprofessional billing practice. Aside from the billing issues they doctors office is unprofessional. There was several occasions where my privacy was not private. There was many times when I was undressed and the staff just stormed in and other patients were passing by… In another occasion, I was able to see another patients sonogram with their name and DOB… This place doesn’t respect you or your privacy… Find another place
