Time Warner Cable is a mass ripoff. they take your money out of your hand or out of your account in 5 minutes. But they don’t tell you that it’s going to take the four weeks for you to get it back. Please beware. The company needs to be boycotted.

Real Talk Alert: This blazin pile of poo should not be allowed to serve customers. I am personally very happy without cable and Internet — my little hot spot keeps me super jazzed but if my housing is going to say it’s included then I’m going to break my vow of renewed cable celibacy for the last season of Breaking Bad and watch Real Housewives throw wine at each other cause I’m payin’ for it! 1) The interweb site will give you a gamut of «HEB’s» to go to in order to pick up your equipment. It explicitly states it has to be in your zip code. I showed up to one and it was a different business altogether and another where the address didn’t exist. 2) What kinda smelly booboo of a service modem doesn’t already have wifi built into it? I threw out my wireless router when I was told by the AT&T service man six months ago that I would never need it again. 3) I’m pipin mad by the time I get home to set up my digital box and the service doesn’t work. I get to talk to your automated system that doesn’t comprehend my pretty clear anunciation and get to chat with your rep for an hour. 4). All this and I understand that a major channel that used to be picked up on rabbit ears — CBS — is no longer available because you guys are having some sort of suit and tie girl fight. Get. a. grip. I pretty much loathe all service providers but I hate you the most. Get up to date with your service and figure your digital life out. Customers shouldn’t hate you this much before even turning on the tube.
