The UPS Store

I had a package of board games and books that I needed to ship to Georgia due to not being able to physically make the trip (moving is a pain in the…). I promised my old Boys Club there that I would give a donation to the Club members as a way of thanking the Club for helping me in my youth and formative years. It was supposed to be an in-​person donation, but due to our having to move, I was unable to make the trip. Fortunately, Maria came to my rescue at the UPS Store, located next to Ajuua! in Huebner Commons.
Maria, the store’s GM, patiently assisted me in packing and addressing the label required for shipment. She was able to also honor the 15% Unilocal discount (YAY!) as well. I promised her that this was not needed to be there by Christmas (this was on Monday, four days prior), yet she assured me that the package would get to Georgia in about ten days. With this in mind, I contacted the Club director to inform him to look out for the package.
I can safely say that I will be using this particular UPS Store for future packing and shipping needs!

They couldn’t track my lost UPS package…
They didn’t have access to see which (incorrect) address my package was delivered to…
Every question I asked was countered with an «I don’t know» or «Go to the website.»
For being the Store Manager, she was pretty useless.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Hector at this UPS store and I have to admit he went above and beyond to help me out. I’m out of town and used this store to have a packaged shipped to me and Hector did an amazing job communicating everything to me, providing me with tracking info, let me pay via credit card over the phone, and just went above and beyond for me. I use UPS quite often but never have I received service like this. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!

This store is the best, UPS delivery and customer service on the phone is horrible and I would rather never deal with them but if I need to send an item or fax or notarize this is the only place I go
