The Good Helper

Tracey and her sister catered our recent Holiday Party. The menu was divine. The hors d’oeuvres included duck confit with minted white bean cakes, beef wellington bites with horseradish cream, crispy lobster ravioli with champagne beurre blanc, satay chicken with peanut dipping sauce, bake brie with apple chipotle and crackers, and (my favorite) spiced pumpkin soup shooters. Desserts were mini cheese cakes (reminiscent of the best we’ve had in NYC) and brownie bites with caramel sauce.
They dressed professionally and worked like ninjas while we enjoyed our guests. Food magically appeared and as quickly began to disappear as people began to devour it. Tracey and her sister were courteous and friendly. The food was fresh, perfectly prepared, nicely seasoned, beautifully presented, and delicious. No «misses». 100% hits. We each had our favorite. Thankfully, a few guests no-​showed, so we had leftovers for a couple of days.
