That’s the Ticket Defensive Driving School

My wife and I scheduled for a Sunday class at 10:00 AM at their location off Babcock Road. We live in Universal City and this is a 20 mile one-​way trip… but we made the trip for the convenience of doing this on a Sunday. When we got there (it’s not quite on Babcock and tricky to find) it was 10:00 and there was a sign on the door saying they had cancelled the Sunday class. No call, e-​mail, or text… just a handwritten note. When we called, we got a hold of the lady that does the scheduling and found out that they had cancelled the class at 9:50 AM because no one had yet arrived for the 10:00 AM class (they claim to have had three people scheduled of which my wife and I were 2). It was clear to me they had decided three people was not enough for a class and notifying us was not something they were going to bother with. I would not do business with these rude folk!

HORRIBLY Rude on the phone,
I tried to order my driving record, however they called me the day after and said they had problems ordering it. I realized it was because I had ordered a new license (however didn’t receive it) a year ago so my audit number was all wrong. MY FAULT
SO a lady calls me and informs me ill be receiving my refund. I say ok and hang up.
Later, a part of me is like Why can’t they just void the transaction? So I call back and ask the specifics about my refund? and it seemed like the lady was too afraid to ask her boss so she simply replied «you’ll receive a check.»
I gave them well over a week, and still didn’t receive anything, so i called them today and they replied they’d sent it to my address on my license (which i don’t live at) so i tried to explain that I don’t live there that was the address I put because it was the one on my license which would be needed for driving record, and that I’d called earlier to talk about where to send my refund and got shut down.
Then I talked to another person who claimed had nothing to do with my refund, (putting the excuse on someone else) THEN WHY AM I TALKING TO YOU!!!
OVERALL HORRIBLE experience, super unprofessional and extremely rude!!! it wasn’t even a difficult task… ALL i wanted to ask about was my refund!!!

Recently got a ticket in nothing-​better-​to-​do-​but-​make-​money-​for-​our-​snore-​of-​a-​bore-​town Schertz for $ 130+! I won’t say the reason but it was deserved but unfair because everyone else was doing it too! WAH!
So I made last minute arrangements to get to a Defensive Driving Class to get this ticket unbranded from my hide. My paperwork from the course was due in a week so I was scared. I decided to try out this school; I’m a fan! And my driving course certification came in 2 days so no need to purchase the overnight option. I took the course Tuesday got my course certification paper Thursday.
It actually was pretty fun to go for the mandatory 6 hours because the owner and teacher, Louis, was pretty enthusiastic and had actually moved defensive driving courses into the year 2011 by recording funny dumb traffic videos from courttv on a dvd and showing them to us.
Also this guy was completely schooled on current traffic laws and politics in Texas so he was great to talk to about wrongs and rights and just the weird and arbitrary.
A ticket cost me $ 30 after getting paperwork from this course + $ 12 for my driving record online.
Did you know all night speeds have been dissolved and a majority of highway speeds have been raised?! Hooray!
Also, they are TEA certified.
