We had dinner here last night, 20 FEB 2016 AD. It was super busy but the service was stellar and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and they offer complimentary peanuts to snack on while you wait.

Bad service. Drinks dropped on my friend, waited over an hour on our food and when we got it, it was cold. Could not get a drink refill. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This place is always packed and busy! There’s always a wait but a they have a call ahead which is convenient. The bread with the butter in the beginning is amazing. That’s my favorite.
Just like any place you eat– you have the good servers– and not so good servers. This last visit I had a not so good servers with attitude and rather talk to one table than check on the rest of her section. But I’ve had my share of great service here too. It’s just the pick of the draw on what you get.
The red meats are amazing here. The deep fried chicken is not great. Stick to the red meats if you’re not sure.

Texas Roadhouse my kids all time favorite… happy birthday to you in the saddle. Has a great ambience a little loud… hear everyone’s conversation at tables around you. Great prices on meals steaks always cooked perfectly Medium-​rare… steaks taste wonderful no A1 steak sauce need here…$ 7 top shelf Bourbon. Stay away from the sweet buttery honey baked rolls. Addictive fill you up before the meal even gets there… shelled peanuts everywhere just thrown on the floor… lol. Military Discount 10% off. Come get some!!!

Not too bad for your average roadhouse. If you come on the weekends though expect at least an hour wait, I usually do call ahead seating at this location to minimize actual wait time once I get there. Service could be a little friendlier, after all they are supposed to be representing our Texan hospitality, but other than that it’s reasonable. Food is great, I always order a sirloin. Atmosphere a little noisy but that’s to be expected as well. All in all its a decent place to eat.

Poor service, ok food, all for a premium price.

I love this place. Yes it is loud and you can not carry a conversation without yelling but that what I expect. The steaks are always good and my other favorite the chicken fried chicken is always jucie. Service is usually quick. I gave it four stars only because my last waiter forgot to bring me the beer I ordered and the chili soup as well but I can get over this.

It’s always a hit or miss here. The food and drinks are always on point. Just wish their service was to. The young and immature young men busting the table next to me were to busy talking about how they got messed up in the parking lot I couldn’t enjoy my meal. Then today it took my bar server 29 mins to take my order and no one was even there ! She said she forgot. This might be the end of me coming to this location.

Very good and fast service! Food was good and the alcoholic beverages we ordered were made right. Certainly a good place to hang with friends and just chill.

Always a satisfied customer, this time I had the Forth Worth Rideye 16oz cut medium rare. Not a fan of potatoes but this sweet potato was stellar. Thank you Brianna for the awesome service…
Roadhouses I conquered: Union City Ca, Elkgrove Ca, El Paso Tx (2x), Corona Ca (2x). Thinking I should buy stock in this company.

Food was decent. The score is for the poor service. I realize good experienced help is hard to find. But all the more reason management should be on the floor monitoring and training its staff. We watched two employees chit chat for 15−30minutes at a register station. I asked for lemon for my water twice and never got it. Had to remind the server for my salad after everyone else were served theirs (4 salads + mine) and we had to ask for silverware after our food arrived.

We gave this location another chance and they didn’t disappoint. Despite having a parking lot that was literally full and a 45+ minute wait, the service was outstanding and the food was on point. My wife had the ribeye and rib plate, I had the prime rib. Both were very good and cooked to perfection. I’m glad to see this place back to their old form.

The one in Live Oak is consistently outstanding. Never even close to having a bad experience there. Steaks and BBQ all outstanding and always cooked to perfection. Service is great! Can’t say the same about another chain steakhouse close by.

Do not I repeat do not park in the roadhouse parking lot. I did and my new 2015 dodge ram got it’s window broken and 400 dollars of presents got stolen and a total loss os 400 dollars for a new window 400 dollars for the loss of a Xbox one 125.00 Harley Davidson suit case check books credit cards and more. Road house does not care and will not protect its customers. So beware

First up if you don’t get Megan as your server see if you can She is the BOMB BUD!!! The half slab of ribs was definitely enough but I’ve had better ribs but they weren’t bad. Mashed potatoes with cheese & bacon was a hit with me. Fresh veggies was carrots and broccoli which was off da chain! Catfish was great from what others said and the Airman loved the BBQ chicken. Service from Megan was well worth the +35 percent I gave her, she was worth so much more!

We visited this location on Thursday at around 8pm. We were seated promptly and greeted quickly by our server: Yokeda. He was extremely friendly and made our dinner wonderful. Our glasses were never empty and fresh bread was always available. Yokeda met all our needs as well as provide our family with the best dinner we’ve ever had. If you’ve never eaten here you have to try their killer ribs!

One of my favorite places to eat on San Antonio and tonight, while a tad bumpy, was no exception.
I had my usual ribeye, perfectly cooked and delicious, with their wonderful bacon seasoned green beans. The beans were a bit on the short and broken side tonight, a little difficult getting a fork in them, but so good when scooped up.
My wife’s strip came out rare the first time, sent back and came out med rare. She ordered it medium. I was a bit embarrassed as I had assured her that they knew how to cook a steak! She still could not eat it, but took it home to re-​cook; she did have some ribs to keep her busy. She’d noted they were a bit dry.
My daughters steaks and burgers were fine and tasty .
Our server had trouble keeping up, clearing empty plates and glasses piled up as she brought re-​fills. No one went thirsty but the table was getting crowded. Nicole did have a terrific personality and kept the «friendly» up all evening.
That was good considering it took over an hour to get our meal (no exaggeration). The manager comped 50% of my wife’s meal and one appetizer.
It was busy and a trifle louder than normal but I noted the servers all kept a great friendly attitude to everyone. Yes, even after a twenty year gap since my twenty+ year career in food service, I still watch for service smiles and attitude! Maybe I’ll be a consultant in my retirement years!

The food was very good, as usual — crisp burger/​fresh salad/​hot potato — but the service was excellent from Cassandra — quick, responsive, cheerful, efficient. A fine dining experience.

A combo of a red meat craving and being a Texas transplant made me excited to try Texas Roadhouse for the first time, and while I knew I wasn’t going to get a prime steakhouse experience, I have to say I was still pretty disappointed. To start off, lame beer selection. I suppose I shouldn’t be too surprised with a chain like this but there was nothing that caught my ear or my palate as even remotely special. The steaks themselves were just alright. Cooked the way we asked, but way under-​seasoned. I’m not one for saucing my steak but I felt like I could have used it here. Big letdown Service was alright and I like how family-​friendly this place is, but I think I might take the short walk over to Saltgrass next time I want some steaks and hope it doesn’t disappoint so much.

You know how you have your favorite restaurant and every time you go you know exactly what you wanna get? This is that place. Atmosphere is nice, fresh bread with honey butter is given to you when you are seated no waiting, also peanuts are available at the table. Many main dishes and side dishes available. Early bird special Monday –Thursday where certain entrees are 8.99. Give it a try, I think you will like it
