Starbucks

This is the first time I ordered a Starbucks double shot on ice at this location. I get it all the time at a different location, so I know what I should be expecting as far as taste. Either the barista truly doesn’t know how to make this drink or he thinks I’m too stupid to know the difference between espresso and drip coffee. And it’s not even good coffee, it tastes burnt. The drink also smells funny. I’m going to guess the milk is on the cusp of turning, that would explain the sudden nausea.
Last time I come here.

Is there such thing as a favorite starbucks? Cause this is my favorite. So fast ! So sweet ! Always on point. And if they ever made a mistake they fix it right away !! These people are my hero.

Staff is quick to take your order and get it ready but what I liked the most was how full of energy they were. They were full of cheer singing the morning away. It is also apparent that they know their regulars well. Great staff!!!

This is by far the best Starbucks around! The people that work here are really fun and nice and this shop has a really chill feel to it. A great neighborhood Starbucks!

Always very nice and friendly, very small parking lot but nice neighborhood coffee shop.

Best store around, the only time you have a problem is when you yourself are the problem.

This store is the best Starbucks location in the city. Delicious beverages, friendly staff, speedy service, clean café. If you have an issue they fix it promptly.
I work for Starbucks, about 4 stores total over the course of about 6 years, and I’m also a regular visitor of most stores around the city, so I guess I have a bias, but in all my years in and out of various stores, I can honestly say this one is without question the top sbux in SA

I was pretty unimpressed with my service I received from this particular Starbucks. I don’t always go to this Starbucks, though I recently moved around this location and was requiring coffee before running errands for the day. I had run in here before, prior to work and received decent service. However, yesterday when I went in they were unwilling to work. Apparently it was Bianca’s last day so it was more of a party for her than a work day for anyone. I felt that if you weren’t a regular, they were unwilling to give any customer service to you. When a regular walked in behind me, they immediately greeted him and continued to ignore me. The regular tried to cut in line in front of me and the baristas were going to allow it! I held my ground. I ordered my coffee and I’m afraid I was overcharged because when my coffee was ready it was the wrong order. I told them this and asked for the right order and I received an eyeroll and lip smack from the barista. I got my order and I will not be going back to this Starbucks. I will continue to go to my old Starbucks which is a little farther down.

I love this Starbucks. The staff here knew me by my drink on my second visit. Always upbeat here and love that they know their customer by their name and drink. GREAT staff and GREAT customer service.

I literally just ran in to grab a coffee and really didn’t interact much with the people there but the atmosphere felt warming and I liked that the staff was fun and upbeat. They even knew some of the customers by name. Will definitely stop by here again when I’m on this side of town (:

It’s a Starbuck’s. But I like this location better than others I could visit, because:
— they make my iced coffee the way I like (despite being a chain thing, there’s variance, people).
— access is not a total clusterfuck. there’s no drive-​thru at this location, but I’d rather «get off» here than drive thru. or maybe I just like the feel of this tree-​covered corner.
— the staff rocks. they’re all cool in the even cooler accessible way. they’re good, they’re nice, they’re funny.

Staff has yet to perfect the art of being friendly and professional. My boyfriend and I are constantly barraged with questions that go beyond acceptable workplace discussions and commentary. There are two employees I greatly enjoy and both respect that some people are here to study/​work and keep their voices down.
Everyone else loudly talks to each other behind the counter and scream «hello’s» as soon as someone they know opens the door.
I get that they’re being friendly and customer service oriented but with a coffee shop, I’ve come to expect low noise levels and to buy coffee without having to explain my relationship each time I order something.

My favorite Starbucks to go to! The atmosphere just seems different to me. I like the trees surrounding the outside and the tiny shopping center that it’s in.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Customer service is always amazing, the baristas are so friendly and on top of it :)

Got a couple drinks with my sister this morning. Used my starbucks trumbler but cashier forgot my 10 cent discount. I asked my sister if they dont do that in this location and Jen overheard us while making drinks. I told her it’s fine, but she still gave me a free drink.
Greatest customer service ever. And she was so fast at making drinks too. My white choc. frap taste fantastic! Thanks for making my day.

This is my favorite starbucks! The Best and Most consistent is Jessica (very informed, fast, and makes great beverages.) she should run that store, she’s a definite asset! Chris and Megan seem to mimic her. I wish every store was like this café! The cleanest one!

Best Starbucks in San Antonio FOR SURE. I’m a lover of coffee and have never been a lover of Starbucks coffee. But I started coming here in the mornings with my husband since it was on our way to work. Then, I started to come for lunch to have some Reading time. Now i’ve become a regular. I love the beautiful oak trees surrounding it and the employees are super kind! I always feel welcomed and it’s never too crowded. Shout out to Jessica and Chris!

It’s not frequent that I would give Starbucks a four star review but this particular location seems to have a level of service that I’ve yet to experience at any other location.
When entering the store I was immediately greeted by everyone behind the bar. Upon approaching the cash register still unsure of what I wanted the cashier, Jessica, was more than willing to help me through the decision and getting me on my way but without being pushy. My drink was quickly prepped and came out delicious. I then received a thank you and left the store feeling good.
This review is really more of a service review seeing as that I’m not a big fan of their coffee (but that’s for all Starbucks). But you can defiantly be guaranteed that you will be happy with the service.

Not to busy, not to slow! Service is pretty fast, but then I’ve never been here when they were really busy. My normal time here is anytime between 9a-​12p and there are on average 5 – 10 people depending if some are in groups or like me, using the internet and having a Carmel Flan Latte.
Never had a problem with the people who work there, they even will help you make a decision if you are contemplating several items.
I suggest becoming a member if you go to Starbucks a lot.
