I used to really this location. No drive through means fewer distractions and faster service for those of us who park our cars and walk in and actually talk to a human face to face. My latest visit noticed their remodel where the space behind the counter looked very cramped. Only two employees working on a Saturday afternoon in a very busy shopping area. I ordered a Mocha Frappucino and waited for 15 minutes before it was ready. I told the barista that it took 15 minutes to get my order and he replied «that’s a long time.» Not sorry for your inconvenience. Who hires these people anyway?

Ordered a Venti Pike Place and it was cold. Very disappointed at $ 2.65 it should be nice and hot. I asked for a refund.

Great customer service and really nice staff. They greet customers upon their arrival and serve with a smile – also there’s a lot of seating for students with laptops. Good job!

One of the less busy ones! Not sure what it’s like during the day, but around 3pm the place is pretty quiet and not busy. Good place to come if you just want to get some work done or hang out with a friend. It’s right in the Northwoods shopping strip so you can shop for a bit, then chill for a bit.
Always have good service, baristas are very nice every time I’m here.

I Love this Starbucks. Ask for Amber. She is the Best. When my wife was in the hospital having our second baby, she happily donated a ton of hot fresh coffee for the Methodist Hospital Staff in the Baby Ward to help them get through the night. Best Service, Best Staff. Again Thank You Amber

Yep. They sell coffee.
I didn’t check out the wifi, but I trust it’s there.
Service was efficient. Forgot my straw, but they got it when I asked.
Nothing out of the ordinary going on at this SBUX.
I didn’t see those coffee grounds that they offer for gardeners.

Friendliest baristas in San Anotonio! A stop here is more than a stop at any other coffeeshop. Ask for Vaughn, he’ll make you laugh!
