I got suckered in at Costco, while buying my usual pallet of liter bottles to get me through the week. The reps there were so nice, knowledgeable and friendly that my friend, who was just along to check out Costco for the first time, signed up too. I never got a call or email to schedule my initial delivery, but who knows if that’s Costco’s fault or Sparklettes. 3 weeks later I get a phone call that the delivery guy is in my neighborhood and can drop– off in 30 minutes, that didn’t work for my schedule so I asked him to come a few hours later. I completely forgot and got a call as I was stuck in the grocery store that he was leaving the last delivery before me, he was really nice about rescheduling for the next day. Following day the stars alligned and I was home for my initial delivery and set up. It was quick, the delivery dude explained everything and answered any questions I had. I’ve noticed a lot of complaints revolved around having to call customer service, there’s nothing they can do for you over the phone that can’t get done online. I’ve been a customer for nearly a year and I’ve only gotten one delivery skipped but after a brief email exchange they delivered a couple days later, threw in a couple extra bottles AND didn’t charge me for the month. I’m quite the fan!

Terrible service! Call customer service and stay on hold for at least 30 minutes. Regularly miss deliveries. I called to get an extra delivery, they completely missed that AND missed the regularly scheduled delivery as well. Stay far away from this company.

They regularly miss the delivery dates. When I call the 800# I am on hold for an average of 25 minutes, and sometimes no one ever answers & I have to call again & stay on hold all over again.

One star is generous — Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable! I signed on through Costco and am frustrated to tears. It is almost impossible to get to a live person by telephone and when you do they do not follow through on anything they tell you. They never delivered the bottom feed dispenser we were promised when we signed up despite repeated requests, they don’t maintain their delivery schedule and we have run out of water 3 times in the last 4 months. I am signing up with a different service this week.

Worst customer service experience ever, I have been unable to get a live person for days. I have been on hold for hours at a time. At this point I just want to cancel my service and I can’t even do that. I’m going back to culligan.

Very poor customer service, never delivered on time, and every time we called we got a different story, constantly changed delivery schedules. Cancelled our service due to their inefficiencies.

Never order Sparkletts bottled water for home delivery they have been unable to deliver water twice and the service is only one month old. They have really poor customer service and the manager is rude as well as the customer service representative. I told them they had to pick the water machine and bottles up on Monday that I would not be home. Very poor service 1 star rating if any.

Signed up last year at Costco and for the first 8 month no problems. Then something changed and our delivery started being missed regularly. Then our two week contract plan moved to a monthly and when I called for an explanation I never got a response from our local manager. They reinstated our by-weekly but delivered too many bottles. Frustrated but poor customer service we canceled and I’m investing in a home water softener system.
