Silly Mcnilly and Company

Just back from my daughters 7^th, weep, birthday party. We hired Silly for both balloons and face painting. The duo showed up early, expressly made sure each kid was pleased before packing up, and their work was amazing! One parent commented that she had never seen her kids stand so quietly in a line while waiting their turn for anything like they did for them.
We had our party at Monster Mini Golf which is completely under black lights. I asked before hand if there was face paint that would pop in that situation, they not only obliged but came ready with balloons that looked iridescent in the lighting as well. I loved that they were willing to personalize the occasion like that. And in the spirit of personalizing at a monster themed party, the face painter pulled no punches when it came to glow in the dark zombie faces. And she was fast!
The kids, and adults watching their kids, were amazed. We even received comments from the employees at the venue for having the extra entertainment, the kids never had a chance to get ‘bored’ between activities. I think next year I’ll just hire them to come and do their work in a park, or heck, maybe an empty parking lot, because they stole the show.

Well, what a disappointment. We had contracted for Spiderman to come to my son’s 4^th birthday party and we had all 20 of his little friends in attendance and guess who cancelled one hour prior to the party? Yes, you guessed it, Spiderman! He made some BS excuse about his car and that it would take him too long to get to the party and he really couldn’t get a ride and that he wasn’t going to make it. No apology. When I called the owner of the company, she did apologize and offered me a small discount on a future character. If you’ve ever had a disappointed 4 year old, you know that a small discount on a future character just doesn’t cut it.

We hired Silly Mcnilly for our son’s first birthday. I have to say that she really saved the party for us. There were about 15 – 25 children present at any given time, and she kept every one of them engaged the entire time!
Reasons why you should hire Silly (I’m sure I’m missing some):
1. The costumes are wonderful.
2. The face painting is absolutely incredible. It was imaginative and unique. Even the adults at the party joined the fun on this one.
3. The balloon artistry was fantastic. Silly could make anything the children could think of.
4. Silly comes prepared. We requested a few specific balloon characters, and when she arrived, they were already made!
5. Silly is wonderful with children — she knows how to keep them engaged, and they respond well to her.
While Silly kept the kids happy, we were able to greet and mingle with the adults as they arrived. It truly would not have been the same party without her.
