San Antonio Stars

Ok for a qwik stop or to grab a paper!!! But unless you’re a tourist, it’s a little ridiculous!

A classic touristy type store in the San Antonio Airport. I was in search of a San Antonio postcard for this little girl that collects them and I was in luck, I found a good variety to choose from here.
I settled on a picturesque River Walk view of San Antonio that I thought she would like. The sales lady was wonderful and didn’t blink an eye when I realized I didn’t even have $.75 to give her and had to put it one my card (I know I know — judge me later).

FIVE STARS for the San Antonio Stars Shop! Well, FIVE STARS for PAULA, who was the cashier at this little shop in the San Antonio Airport Shop!
Right as you enter the security check points at the San Antonio Aiport sits the San Antonio Stars shop. It’s a cute little shop that hosts tons of items from Texas. You can get everything — Texas Chili, hot sauces, magnets, shirts, bags, candies, rattlesnake eggs, etc… FUN!
I had an especially good experience here because Paula, one of the sales clerks, gave such excellent service. Firstly, I wanted to buy a Texas t-​shrit and there was only one shirt in my side. Of course, it had to be on the mannequin. I asked her if I could get it, and she gladly took down the mannequin and unpinned something like 15+ pins from it, folded it nicely, and asked if there was anything that she could do to help. I was so happy, I ended up buying tons of stuff from that store — cowboy hats, chili mix, candies, etc. FIRST CLASS customer service, Paula! Thank you!
