Royalty Concrete Staining and Designs of San Antonio

I wish I could leave more stars, but unfortunately I cannot. I’m disappointed with the quality of the results on my porch and that this company is not upholding their end in correcting it. Last summer I had Rudy stain my new porch. When the porch was finished I was left with a two toned color that I had not asked for. He promised he would come back to correct the issue but now will not return my calls or emails — more than enough time has passed for a response on this matter. I’m even more disappointed that he seemed like such a nice and honest person, yet there’s nothing kind or honest about not following through on fixing your mistake. I paid for work that was not delivered and I would expect a company with as many years in the business as this one to deliver on their end as well.
