I used to appreciate this credit union. This is the second time in a row I have been asked to sit in front of a tv (video conference) for over a half hour for simple services. What ever happened to customer service???

I really enjoy this specific Randolph Brooks location.
The atmosphere is nice and it has an easily accessible location. I’ve always had great service and plan on making it my go to Randolph Brooks.
