Professional Bartending School

Just finished my two week program and literally after my final test I was asked if I could work the next day. Best part of program is the job placement assistance. If you’re interested in gaining confidence and skipping the hassle of learning drinks on your own I’d go here. Staff was friendly and offered a ton of great features for me as a student and now graduate. I’ve already suggested the school to inquiring friends. I’d take a tour of the school and see if the environment is for you.

I was skeptical of a bartending school at first, but after sailing through the entertainingly fun class. I’m very glad I did. The amazing staff, bible of a textbook, and endless hours of practice time could make ANYONE a good bartender. If you’re serious about being a thoroughly good bartender, check out this class.

I am a recent grad from the premier mixology program & it was overall a wonderful experience. I work a full-​time job, but I was still able to attend the classes because they have flexible schedules. Larry answered all of my questions when I walked in on a Friday, he made me feel welcome and at ease. Rachel, Teresa & Sara are all wonderful at what they do with great personalities that make it fun & easy to learn. The cost wasn’t a big deal for me, but if money is tight for you, they have payment plans for your budget. They want to help you learn & get out there and make great money. With the Premier program you get lifetime job assistance & the opportunity to practice at their facility when you need to. Lifetime job assistance by itself is pretty amazing, but it also applies if you move to North Dakota or Nevada, there are schools all over & help is always one call away. I think this would be a great program for anyone looking to make good money, it’s great for college students & even military spouses who have to relocate often, no matter where you move to, you can find a bartending job. Give them a chance to make you into a mixologist, you will be glad you did! Good Luck!

I just recently graduated from the Mixology program at PBSA San Antonio, and I am SO GLAD I put the time and money into this. Sara and Rachel are great to talk to and learn from and knowing that I have *lifetime* job placement and a place to practice is extremely comforting. I was very hesitant about putting the cost into the program, but I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. Already have a job less than a week after I started looking. Definitely worthwhile. =D

All I can say is that I hope I have these people in my life for awhile, from the beginning to now being a recent graduate; they have been honest, professional, a friend, and educational. I’ve learned more than what I wanted here, I think that anyone even interested in bartending should come in for a tour and possibly even an intro class. They help you to understand the craft of being a mixologist, important things to know about the job, and even have a great job placement program. Its even great if you used to bartend and you just want to freshen up some, and on the other end they have all types of follow up classes later on after you’ve worked.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience and hope to make this apart of my life for a long time. There so many opportunities with being with the school. Id recommend it to anyone :)

This is such an awesome school. The owners and employees make learning such a fun experience and they cover everything one needs to know to be a successful bartender. I highly recommend this school.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Love the staff… they want you to be prepared to go out and do a great job, so they teach you what you need to know, they help you get over any insecurities you may have if you haven’t done this before and answer any questions you have. Larry, Rachel, Sara and Theresa were all just as professional and friendly as they could be, and they know their stuff! Even the textbook was awesome. Full color photos, and more information than I’d ever have expected.
I’ve come away from the premium class with the confidence to go out and get a job in any of the hotels or country clubs in the area and not make a complete ass of myself. I’d recommend this place to anyone interested in having a trade they can take with them anywhere in the country.
