Popeyes

This is the first time I am disappointed with a Popeye’s restaurant. Service was extremely slow. The dinning area and bathrooms were dirty. The fountain drink station was not working and there was no ice in the dispenser. We should have a minus star for ratings for crews like this.

This is in a military installation and should service better military personnel and their families and all who visit.

My son was eating at Popeyes on fort sam Houston today Aug. 14 2014, he begin to choke on a piece of chicken couldn’t breath his friend was yelling for someone to help, not one employee nor the manager came to render aid easy as 911 it’s their responsibility to a patron choking to render some kind of aid, my husband went to get answers as to why No one helped our son manager came out with an attitude and no apology then walked away,
, there is a link stating what I stated bout rendering some kind of aid, thank god a soldier came and saved my son I’m forever grateful but it still doesn’t change how I feel about this place had he died what then? You can’t bring my son back if that had happened. Very disappointed especially in the management .you deal with active duty soldiers everyday who fight for us and my husband being one of them.
