Picked up a to-go order 2 nights ago. There is a wok on wheels very close to my home, but it is cheap and rather disgusting food, so I am willing to drive a little further for better quality. I made the 20min drive in town to pick up Pei Wei and when I got home, the chicken teriyaki bowl that I had ordered had half cooked rice in it and several large clumps that were stuck together. It was actually so obvious that the rice was undercooked that you could tell just by looking, so I’m amazed that such a mistake was made. I guess if I order from here again I will have to say«please make sure the rice is soft and fully cooked.» Yikes!

We have regularly visited this location for many years. I consider us regular patrons. We endured the ripped-up booth cushions before the renovations, and we adapted with the change in portion/prices. Tonight was a very disappointing visit. The portion sizes changed a while back, but it just appears that the small and regular portions are remarkably similar in size. Feels like a bit of a rip off. Most disturbing tonight was the awful sour milk smell. We sat in a booth near the drink station/entrance to the kitchen. It was so unappetizing, we relocated across the restaurant. While the crab wontons were great, the fried rice was mushy and had large clumps of white rice mixed in. We really enjoy the menu items, but the recent changes makes it no longer on our list of favorites. Sadly, we will have to seriously consider whether to chance it again the next time we want Asian food.

Our absolute favorite lunch spot! Yes, it can get crazy crowded but well worth it! The food is just as good as PF Chang’s, which is its parent company. Pei Wei is less expensive and has a cool vibe atmosphere(PF Chang’s «bistro type» restaurant). There is outdoor seating which is great on a nice day. The iced tea is delicious and almost every menu item is very tasty! We love the lettuce wraps, edamame and the Kung Pao chicken. Great food with great prices!

Decent food but 3 meals came out consecutively 5 minutes apart. I dont eat until everyone in my group(of 3!!!) Was served. Was it so hard to make 3 bowls of noodles come out together?

Horrible service. Went well after the rush at noon today. It was after 1PM. Sat for ten plus minutes and although the waiter walked by several times, he never stopped once. I won’t be back.

We have always enjoyed dining here but tonight I was very disappointed. We took our son for his 18th birthday and they brought my wife’s food first, then a uncomfortable amount of time before they brought mine, then a really uncomfortable time before they brought my son’s. We like to be POLITE and not begin eating until everyone’s food is there so my wife’s meal was luke-warm by the time they finally brought my son’s. This is very disappointing as they have heat lamps to keep one dish warm while they are waiting tor the others to be completed. I called the manager over and basically she was very nice but said«this is just how we do it». Whatever, Maybe this is why the restaurant was only maybe 1⁄3 full if that. It used to be packed each time we dined here. Beware if you are going with a group that this is now their«policy»

Went for lunch yesterday with my wife. Arturo greeted us and went over the gluten free menu items. He was very helpful and the meal was very good. From our table we could observe Arturo greeting all the guests and actually coming out from behind the counter to review the menu board with the customers. The assistant manager was cooking so I did not want to interrupt but the place looked very clean and properly staffed. Looking forward to going back soon.

My hot and sour soup was thick like gravy and tasted like a stew. Chicken wraps were decent, nothing special, same for the spring rolls. Almost $ 30 for 2 people to eat and undoubtedly not worth it.

Probably the best Pei Wei in town and they are all great. Looking forward to my next lunch here. Edamame is the way to start. All meals will leave you not needing dessert.

We love PeiWei, but this rime it was a disappointing experience. On the positive side, the staff is really nice and helpful although somewhat busy. The food was quite tasty as always. What made it a bad experience was that there were only two forks and both were super dirty, both had rice stuck to them. We had no option but to use chopsticks even for the kids. The spoons were iced tea spoons. I loved the chili sauce and hot mustard, they are not available anymore. There were only two soy sauce dispensers and both were dirty. They had dry soy sauce stuck in the outside, so I was grossed out, did not even eat my rice. The food tasted great but the new medium portion had the same amount of food as a kids meal but with double rice. The green beans were very tasty but the teriyaki chicken was not as good as in the past. It could be that the company is trying to make Pei Wei more of a fast food restaurant to avoid it from competing with the chain’s own P.F. Changs, but the prices were the same as before.

I ordered my usual Pad Thai for takeout… when I got home, ready to dig in, I realized it was the wrong order! Instead of my chicken pad Thai, no tofu. Extra peanuts, I got broccoli and tofu. No offense to vegetarians, but that’s not how I roll. I took the dish back to Pei Wei, and they made a new one on the fly… plus I got a $ 10 gift card for the inconvenience! Awesome customer service! PS…my Pad Thai was perfect!

Great food every time! LOVE the tofu! Sometimes inconsistent with ingredient quantities. Wish the spicy dishes were actually spicy, you can ask them to add Sambal but that doesn’t taste good in the coconut curry I usually get. Why offer southeast Asian dishes and no fish sauce? Small complaints though, and I realize it’s a chain restaurant. Service is good but it’s mostly a do-it-yourself place anyway.

Great food and service, tough to get a seat on Sunday at Lunch, but the wait wasn’t long…

The other 2 people who have rated this place a 5 star joint is either: 1) an employee, or 2) getting paid or needs to get out more. I am not being mean, but Pei Wei is a NOWAY in my book. Just because a food joint uses soy sauce, doesn’t make it Asian. The food was just not very good. This isn’t Asian food or a bad fusion.

This location never fails to impress, whether you dine in or carry out the food is always awesome & the service is top notch. They have only made a mistake once on a very busy night they gave my order to someone else. So they refunded my money & remade everything super fast, so all was forgiven. I get take out from this location at least once a week, when I call they have my last order stored in the system, which is a nice time saver. Unlike the Basse location, this location always gets my order right, teriyaki bowl with tofu & veggies, no carrots, no onions, add mushrooms equals Yummy!

We’ve eaten at Pei Wei in this location three times within a two week period and I love it every time! Their prices are resonable, they give good customer service and i would recommend the Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps… Yum!
