Where do I start? Not only are the staff some of the most friendliest office staff I have ever met, but the complex itself is going to be gorgeous once fully completed! I am sad to know that some just don’t have the vision when it comes to something not 100% done yet. Already, this place has been amazing to live at and the location is prime. Takes me just 5 minutes to get to work. Highly recommend everyone to check this place out. The office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to be 100% flexible with me and my neediness lol

BEWARE! Definitely not worth your time or money! They make you pay a ridiculous amount before you’re even approved and if you’re denied, it takes up to 30 days to get your money back. They also do a background check, which is why I was denied, so I went directly to the state to obtain documentation to show their results were false. I was told that my documents didn’t matter and they refused to tell me what they ‘found’ on my records. Super sketchy! Cevallos Lofts is a much better bet if you’re set on a Southtown location.

For the same price, free internet and cable, a safer neighborhood, and prettier interior you could live at the Tobin Lofts. They’re closer to downtown too. Tried moving here because I go to UTSADT but the snobby staff and everything as stated above led me to choose the Tobin Lofts.

I moved to the Peanut Factory Lofts back in December, and I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place! 1. The location is perfect! It’s just a stones-throw from the highway, and it’s super close to Blue Star, Southtown, Downtown San Antonio, and the Pearl — so I’m never more than 5 minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, and festivities in the city! 2. Despite most people’s first impression, this up-and-coming area is very safe. I’m a young woman and I always feel safe going for a run. There is a police station just a couple of blocks up, and officers are always driving up and down the street. 3. I love my floorplan! I’m in a 630 sq.ft. 1 bd/1 bath apartment with the«urban» interior. They have an option with lighter interiors, but I personally prefer the dark wood cabinets and dark floors. The apartments are nicely upgraded, and my place actually feels bigger than my old apartment which was 20 sq. ft. bigger than this one– probably as a result of the 9″ ceilings and open concept. 4. VALUE! These apartments are moderately priced and not ridiculously high like the Can Plant, 1800 Broadway, Cevallos Lofts, and most of the other apartments I looked at when I was looking to move downtown. Plus, I get a seriously amazing deal on my internet and cable since they have a bulk rate. You really can beat the bang for your buck you get here… 5. The leasing staff rocks. They are as knowledgeable as they are helpful. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments that had decent/good management, but the staff here blows everyone else out of the water. The only thing that is lacking right now are amenities, but once the whole thing is finished they are going to have a food truck park, art gallery, and some kind of retail. Seeing as this will change soon, I decided not to take off a star. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments– they’re so unique and unlike anything else in the city.
