Paid $ 370 to clean a 9X12 oriental carpet. They did a terrible job… it looks like it was only spot cleaned. I’ve scheduled Aladdin to clean this rug… I’m sure that they will do a much better job. Goodbye Olmos… you’ll never see another penny from me

I took two small rugs there and they looked really good. This last time I sent my large Oriental rug there and they kept it two weeks. I paid two hundred and fifty dollars and they returned it to me uncleaned. It still had the same spots plus cat hair and lint on it. When I called them and told them they came over and picked it up. They said they would return it in four days. I told them that when Alladin cleaned it the rug looked like velvet. It was obvious they had done nothing, They have totally lost my business.
