«It’s so HOT! Its like the sun is only focused on me! Why God? Why have you forsaken me? I don’t think I can make it another block» This was the type of day I was having when I found Oasis Tropical Fruteria. Just as a side note when hanging out with friends on the westside: don’t let them convince you that somewhere is close enough to walk to. It’s too hot for that mess.
This is a Fruteria stand they have Raspas and Banana Splits. They have auga frescas, in my favorite flavors sandía (Watermelon) and piña (pineapple) as well as other treats to cool you off on San Antonio’s 100 degree days.
My Auga Fesca Sandía, was fresh and tasted amazing. At this point in my journey I think I would’ve drank anything that had ice in it. But I was happy with my selection. I got an extra large one to keep me cool on my journey. I’ll definitely be back!
