I enjoyed my experience at Neva. The staff was attentive and friendly. Truly loved the facial from Mona. The atmosphere is lovely, they serve lavender tea and the massage tables are heated. Nice touch.

Be sure you are aware of the specific techniques involved in their deep tissue massage. If you feel being punched in the neck and shoulders is part of your deep tissue experience, this is the place for you. Beware that it is described as tapotement, but is exquisitely painful and caused nerve pain for me. If you’re looking for an excellent massage experience, try Woodhouse.

I have been a client of Neva’s since 2010. I see her on a regular basis for various services. From lashes to facials to massages. The great service, amazing monthly spa deals, and the expert knowledge her staff has in skin care keeps me coming back.

My husband bought me a package for Mother’s Day. When I called to ask if I could exchange 2 of the services out, the answer was NO period. This was after calling 4 times just to make an appt. Customer service is horrible. Out of the 4 services I received, my facial was the best and do give 5 stars to that. She was great, sweet and helpful. She helped me with my things. She was gentle. Her neck and shoulder massage was great, better than my regular massage. I was really looking forward to my ½ day at the spa but it was a disappointment. Toward the end of my second service which was the mud wrap I started feeling queasy due to the smell in the room. I couldn’t pin point it until after my last service when I opened the towel warmer. The smell was coming from there, it was like a faint burning rubber smell, enough to make me sick to my stomach. Not pleasant at all. I will definitely not be going back.

I had the best massage of my life here! It was a prenatal massage when I was about seven months pregnant. I was experiencing horrible back pain before I went in for that massage and came out of there feeling great! The spa was not only immaculate and nicely decorated, but I felt relaxed the moment I stepped in the door. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices can’t be beat for quality spa services.
I highly recommend this spa if you want to treat yourself to some top-​notch pampering without breaking the bank. A gift card for services here would make a great gift for any mom-​to-​be or anyone that needs some relaxation in their lives!
