My Kid’s Dentist & Orthodontics

Pros: Dental quality adequate, great location
Cons: Difficult to get a hold of them via phone (frequent busy signal), and if you do get through prepare to be put on hold for awhile; Generally non-​responsive to email; On scheduling, we received an email notifying us of a need to reschedule an appointment so I sent a few times to them through their website scheduler – never got a reply. I am hopeful the owners get their front office issues sorted as we’d like to stick with them

Every interaction with the staff was AMAZING!!! Beginning with the receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming when we came in. The dentist was personable and had a great bed side manner. We have found our dentist!!!

We are new patients here and had a great experience. No long wait very clean and organized and very modern equipment. Liza did my daughter’s cleaning and was very professional and courtious. Dr. Erin M. was also very courtious and professional and took time to explain future procedures and care for my daughter. Very pleased and glad we changed dentists!!! Good Job Staff!!!

I just want to update and add that I came with four children one who is autistic, one with ADHD and one was a baby going to the dentist for the first time. These people handled all of that with grace! No one rushed us or made my children or myself feel unwelcome even though with the different types of personalities that my kids all have they created a lot of chaos.
I have had terrible experiences at dental clinics and normally they would make me wait with the other 3 while they take 1 one back but this clinic has a huge exam room in the back and took all four children back at the same time! There are several flat screen televisions with children’s programming on that helps to keep the children distracted while getting their teeth cleaned and examined. We will certainly be coming back and using this office for our children in the future.
