Horrible management or ownership. I Paid extra to get a bigger dress and have alterations done under the advise of them to make sure a dress came in on time and three weeks later I get a call from the owner telling me I need to get a bigger dress cause the other one isn’t available but I need to pay an extra $ 40. I beg to differ this is your business and it shouldn’t take you 3 weeks to find out if the dress isn’t available that’s just bullcrap. If you are that busy that you can’t call your manufacture and ask if this dress size is available when I paid for it, then I say you need to either get out of the business or hire a competent worker. Don’t waste your time or your money, go to someone who cares about the customer. Only reason I went there was because a friend recommended her. I made a big mistake.
