I would never send anyone to this office! EVER! I setup my appointment a month ago for today, 11⁄16. I received a phone call 11⁄14 and a voicemail was left stating my appointment was being cancelled because the Dr. did not accept my insurance. Of course when you call back there’s an automated-pain-in-the-butt system I had to go through, and then when I finally got through, they’re closed. I called this morning, 11/16, to inquire about the message regarding my appointment for this afternoon. The lady who assisted me super rude! I told them my insurance lists them as a provider and when I initially scheduled I confirmed that my insurance was accepted. Turns out this location hired a NEW Dr. who does not have credentials to take all insurances… What business hires someone who doesn’t have all their credentials? Not only are they losing business, but also hassling patients to go somewhere else LASTMINUTE! I asked why I wasn’t notified sooner and the response was«well I called Saturday.» Right. And again… last minute. I could have went somewhere else a MONTH ago. Never again will I go here or attempt to schedule anything here. Sorry automated system and Sorry customer service.

My niece and I were talking about how at her last dental visit they noticed her teeth were clean since her last visit, it was because she has stopped smoking. I was wow’d that a dentist would remembered her teeth specificity so I thought this may be the place to go. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years(fear). Originally came in two weeks ago x-rays were done, check up was administered and a cavity was found(ughhh). The doctor suggested filling the tooth and a cleaning after 2 weeks. I was sent back the the receptionist and let let me know they could do the filling in less than 5 minutes since it was small(she was assuring and nice) so I said«let’s do it». It was done and the dentist was fabulous, he didn’t rush, he listened and was quick(took less than 5 minutes). 5 starts for the first appointment but wait… So I’m here now two weeks later and the vibe in the front was a complete opposite. My appointment was for 9:50, I knew I was late so when I singed the board I asked the receptionist(orange nails) what time it was she said 10:00. I knew I wasn’t that late so when I sat down and checked my phone it was 9:56. The nurses were talking to the receptionist(orange nails) and I heard one say«but she was here first» The receptionist acknowledge me a at 10:16 At 10:20 some guy that checked in after me was called back for his procedure. 10:46 and I’ve finally been called back. I am super annoyed the sweet hygienist checks my pressure and it’s too high for her to proceed(one guess why), the doctor recommended for her to wait a bit before she started. She checked it and she was ok’d to start. Fantastic job. The team in the back are fabulous it’s what’s in the front that may not be the best. Total wait time 49 minutes
