I would rate these people a half if I could! A good friend of mine recently went in to have cards made. She was sent proofs that looked fine, but when the cards arrived, they were very thin and bent easily and were extremely blurry. She contacted the manager/​owner, who was very rude and unreasonable! She felt berated and ripped off. He did not offer a credit, or to redo them. What happened to the customer is always right? Please reconsider using someone else. These people showed no compassion. She is now stuck with $ 80 dollars worth of cheap looking cards!

I got my business cards printed here today, in less than 20 minutes! I accidentally walked in on the staff having a meeting but I was still greeted right away. After learning I was looking to get some business cards printed, the lady apologized profusely for the fact that I have to wait (although I didn’t have an appointment) and said the meeting was almost over and someone would help me right away. And they did.
I was immediately assisted by two different employees. I was able to select the paper I wanted and load up the artwork file I had with me. Although it would have been easier to just use the identical pdf file I had with me, I asked them to use the InDesign file I had instead for the print job. They were extremely accommodating and did everything I requested.
The initial print sample came out a bit darker than I had liked, and they were more than happy to adjust the color for me so I was able to walk away a very satisfied customer. I must warn future customers that I was able to get my cards printed right away as it is the holiday season so they weren’t too busy. So do not expect that all print jobs will only take 20 minutes, but I was grateful they did that for me.
I will definitely go back there for future print jobs and would have no problem recommending them.

I selected this company because they are local and family own. I uploaded my project via their website. The project was completed in a timely manner. I would rate them a five but there were some misses with communication of deliver. Etc. Aside from that I am always happy to support a local company family owned company.
