I love Kraft! They’ve been doing our dry cleaning for two years and always do a great job. Recently they went totally above and beyond after a waitress at Green spilled tomato soup all over me (that’s a story for another review…) and my white leather Chanel tote was stained. Not only did the bag turn out flawless, they even rushed it at no charge as I was heading out on vacation. Thanks Kraft for fabulous service as always!

I took my dry cleaning to the store (though they do pick and deliver). The work was excellent and the customer service wowed me. very friendly and did a great job answering my questions. And the turn around was quick. I highly recommend for dry cleaning in San Antonio.

Moving to San Antonio 12 years ago, I started bringing my suits and shirts to the local dry cleaner. What a disaster. Buttons were broken, stains weren’t removed, and collars turned yellower by the wear.
Then, a friend turned me on to Kraft. My cleaning is done with skill and on time. The staff is professional and polite. Everything is pressed and properly hung with any required stiffeners. Unlike most any other cleaner, the employees here actually act like they own the place (in a good way). After getting used to Kraft’s service, nothing else will do. If you spend any kind of money on your business clothes, you shouldn’t go anywhere else. I won’t.
It is pricey, but worth it.
