I started going to the one on Bandera and 1604 but my nail tech(Tommy) left and went to the one on Potranco. I tried to keep going to the one on Bandera but I wasn’t as satisfied as I was with Tommy doing my nails. I ended up driving to Potranco to let Tommy do my nails when they needed to be done. I wanted to go this past weekend and I was told Tommy doesn work there anymore. Boooo!!! That’s ok though because there is this other girl who does awesome work. I don’t know her name but I think it’s Sophie or Sara, not too sure. I’d recommend this nail shop!

Pros *Clean *Beautiful looking place *Nice massage chairs for pedicures Cons *employees are just straight up rude — my boyfriend got a pedicure and laughed at him under their breath for getting a more«special» treatment than me. — basically told me my eyebrows are horrible and they«need» to fix them ASAP. Uh rude *painful pedicure — the man doing my toes took a tool and kept pulling skin around my nail, I swear I was almost in tears. I have never felt this pain. *40 minute promised pedicure turned into 20 minutes *no second coat on nail polish –you can see my nail through my nail polish. THANKS. *little to no English. –I understand not everyone can speak English, just like I can’t speak their language but I would really appreciate if they wouldn’t bark things at me in a language I don’t understand. *pricey. — $ 60 for two people when I could spend $ 10 getting nail polish & lotion and do the same(BETTER) job they did Won’t be back. You can catch me at Gals nail salon where it’s perfect.

I know a good pedicure & manicure. Neither is what I received from Klassy nails, I asked for a clear polish on my nails and she gave me a half ass manicure where no trim or cleaning of my nails– only cut cuticle and smeared lotion on my hands. She probably spent 5 min or less on my manicure and charged me $ 15 for a $ 5 polish change job. I wasn’t satisfied with the pedicure as well. There was no top coat and the polish wasn’t even double layered. Definitely won’t be giving my business back to them. Over priced for the crap quality.

Took my babies for the first time, my 13 year old got French tip came out better than she thought. My 6 year old got a pedicure, rub, and paint her toes and they surprised her with a flower print, looks fabulous. I got a manicure and schlac, male tech was gentle, did not cut my skin, massage could have been harder and actual painting of nail Polish could have been more thick, but over all experience was pleasant. Oriental man was friendly, and I actually understood his accent, offered my girls candy, no wait. A tad expensive spent $ 90 + $ 5 tip, will go back for sure

Very disappointed… got a pedicure that didn’t last 2 weeks and my nails turned yellow after 2 week! I was in and out very quick and maybe if they took a little more time they would have turned out better! I won’t be returning! I must say they are very friendly but for what I paid I expected more!

I’ve tried a LOT of nail salons in the surrounding area and Klassy Nails is easily in the top three for pedicures. It’s clean with a nice interior, plenty of color options available, the chairs are new-ish and fully functional, zero wait time and at $ 25 it’s a pretty good deal. If you’ve had as many pedi’s as I’ve had then you know having all of the above is a great find and I’ll def be back.
