Store is great.
Unfortunately management is awful.
I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and counting for her to come answer a question.
She knows I’m waiting but is still doing other things.
Feeling frustrated.
Ohh wait. Looks like she has someone wanting a Kirklands card. Looks like my wait will be longer.
Finally out of the store. The employees are so sweet! Manager that worked today needs to lose her job. Customer service is a must and you lack it.

Some things never change over the years. When you enter Kirklands you still get hit with the scent of potpourri. But as always, if you’re a regular, you’re used to it after a minute. In addition to their usual array of mirrors, wall hangings and pictures for the walls, it’s already time to start shopping for Christmas decorations. Even though it’s a little early for me, they do have some nice things! Wish I had the money to buy the things I’d like to buy. Maybe oh my next trip I’ll pick up a few items.

Ordered a window pane side table, took 2 weeks for order only to be shipped to store, called in after the weeks to the store and spoke with Tina the manager only to find out they had shipped me a table center piece instead. Wasn’t apologetic about the situation, instead she just said «would you like to just cancel the order?» I asked her how long it would take to get what I ordered in and if they could have it rushed delivered since they messed up and she stated I would have to wait another 2 weeks! Horrible customer service, worst experience ever. I will never shop at another kirklands again.

Home décor that’s affordable and attractive. Each display is well thought out. The store is clean and organized. It’s arranged in such a way as to provide decorating ideas. Wonderful holiday/​seasonal choices call you in the door, nevermind the delightful aroma always wafting out of this place. Add to the experience friendly, efficient customer service and you’ll see quickly why this place is in my top 5 for minor home updating.

Upgrading to 4 stars. After coming here a handful of times already, the customer service is always 100%. I signed up for the rewards cards … Didn’t think I’d come back for regular shopping trips but I do.
I love this place :-)
Check out my photos… For some reason the main photo shows books. Which may be an accident as Books A Million is next door. Someone was sloppy with their Unilocaling!
