If the price tags weren’t so hefty here, I’d always shop here for gifts, clothes, home accessories, and general retail therapy. It’s a little pricey, but you know you’re getting quality goods here.
They have everything from bangles, scarves, and necklaces to blouses, dresses, and hats, and even matchbooks, greeting cards and some really luxurious bath and body products.
If you’re looking for something unique that you can’t find in a big box, Kathleen Sommer’s will most likely have it. Between here, On Main Off Main, and La Fonda On Main, you could make yourself quite a little day of eating, drinking, and spending.

Kathleen Sommers is a local designer who opened a store in a vintage shop on Main St. in 1979. The store is gorgeous. The clothing is beautiful and well made, and priced accordingly. If your budget is more Target, though, don’t be afraid. Kathleen Sommers carries a wide range of beautiful accessories under $ 50 that make lovely, classy gifts and the gift wrapping is signature Kathleen Sommers style. I recently purchased a few shimmery floral-​shaped wristlet purses for evening events and stocked up on darling vintage-​style gloves for friends.
