They do a excellent job, and at a great time frame.

Ppl, not every oil change is created equal! Oh lord, this place is deff your grandpa’s oil change. Yuck!
I have been going to the Oil Exchange in the past and if it wasn’t b/​c a wrong groupon purchase I would have never come to the jiffy lube. I thought oh well how different can they be. Boy was I wrong! This oil change is so terrible compared to the Oil Exchange. Trust me if you ever go to the Oil Exchange once, you’d switch in a heart beat!!!
Ok don’t trust me? Here goes the comparison:
At the Oil Exchange, I never had to wait more than 5 mins. Then I get my oil change done in about 10 mins while siting comfortably in my car. The price is cheaper for synthetic blend which is what I usually get. They top off fluids, check tire pressure, and clean the windshield. AND they bring you a FREE ice cold soda or water.
At jiffy lube, I had to wait for an hour. I had to get out of my car to wait in a tiny ghetto room that has no water. I did get a bottle of water when I asked for it. I have to be grateful for that. Price is higher for synthetic blend so I had to get regular oil for the same price I would have paid at the Oil Exchange. Actually the groupon is even $ 2 more here. Yes they top off fluids, check my car tire pressures, and clean my windshield too. And they did a little vacuum of my car which is a plus. BUT I had to walk to the dirty work area where they work on cars to punch my name and address in their computer. Why Grandpa, why?!
Now I just did the comparison, you decide where you wanna go! I feel bad for those of you who have never gone to the Oil Exchange. Grandpa’s oil change, never again!

I think the total time I spent there was 15 minutes. They were all polite, efficient, and quick. BE SURE TO GOOGLE A COUPON! I found a 15 $ off oil change coupon online. Bonus: they cleaned my windshield and vacuumed the carpets.

The guys were friendly and professional. They immediately attended to my vehicle and finished the service within the time they said they would.

The hours are extremely convenient! The staff is also very very nice! They are so courteous and have best customer service! If I need to have any additional services done it is always explained on why I should get it and I never felt like I am being talked down to. They also tell you about coupons if it is out of your price range and have mailer coupons for oil changes. They will top off the oil and fluids if you come back. You never feel like you’re a burden here and know they are working their hardest to get you on your way. Any money I spend here is well worth it!

I really appreciated how they had a fresh pot of coffee going, and recent magazines in the waiting room. If only they could provide us with wifi.
They did all the things that oil change places say that they’re going to do. They really did wash my windows and air up my tires. They even vacuumed the front seats! Wooo! They treat my car better than I do!
The price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but they had to change out the windshield wipers on the car in order for it to pass inspection. I did notice that they gave me a shortened version of inspection, which was even better! ;)
I will certainly be back. This was a great deal, and their eye for detail was incredible.

They were still fast. Wasn’t as happy today. Vacuum was very poorly done. Changed my air filter without permission and my car left with two check engine lights that were not on when I arrived. Ate lunch next door but wish I would have stayed with my car. For a hundred dollar oil change my expectations are higher. $ 65 + $ 22 plus taxes and fees.

These folks will take care of you. They are at a convenient location for me, but if they are out of the part, they will break their backs calling all locations to help out.
I think they go a little beyond what is needed for politeness, but this is Texad after all.

These guys are AWESOME! I lived close by to this location for about 3 years, I always had amazing service. Just recently I moved about 20 mins away, yet I still make the drive to this location. Once you find a place and guys this great it’s hard to let go of something good, that’s why I haven’t and will continue to make the drive.

I came in at 7:45AM and was out by 8:00. I noticed that I had a puddle under my car so I wanted to make sure it was nothing to be concerned about. Ed and his team took care of me and explained what they looked at and anything I should be concerned about. The staff were wonderful and the experience was very pleasant. I will be returning for any future maintenance!

Guys were really fast and friendly. Recommended the oil choice to me without pressure or sales. They all seemed to work together really nicely with is rare. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

Had a good visit. Stopped in to ask about oil change prices, they weren’t busy and decided to get it taken care of. The guys working were very nice and helpful. Along with the oil change, my windows got washed, checked the air in my tires and gave it a good once over inspection. Found my back tail light was out and replaced it quickly. What I like most about Jiffy Lube is that they don’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff and pass it off as emergency needs. They go over with me the mileage on my vehicle and certain areas that might need attention as the mileage increases. They didn’t treat me like money walking and try to force me to buy things that are not needed yet. Great visit all around and I’ll be going back!

This location said ‘open bay — no wait’ on 4÷18÷14. A half hour later my car was still sitting waiting. I left without so much as a glance or comment from an employee. It makes me wonder if I’d parked the car at ChaCho’s and walked back over to ask if it was done yet, what their response would have been.

I was here on Friday. Came in right after work around 5:10 and was out by 5:40. These guys are the best, super friendly and approachable. I had my oil changed plus a few other things. As a chick that really doesn’t know more than a handful of important «must know» things about a car, I found it really easy to ask them questions and they were more than willing to answer them! I was helped as soon as I drove up and was literally escorted to their lobby. May not be the fanciest place, but they still do their best to make you feel like it is.
The only reason I came here was because I saw the past reviews on this place. My fellow Unilocalers never steer me wrong. Thanks guys! Totally agree on the 5 star rating

9 min oil change! it’s probably actually faster but they also check a few other things, fill up your tires, and clean your windows and floors. :) they might recommend other fixes but they aren’t pushy about it at all. definitely a girl-​friendly car place.
total for a conventional oil change is about $ 43 including tax. keep an eye out for coupons though! i got one in the mail right before i went and it was for $ 15 off. if i didn’t see the coupon in my mailbox, i would have gone to the dealership since it’s the same price and they have a large waiting area with free krispy kreme, coffee/​tea, water, and other snacks, but this location was much closer and had 5 stars on Unilocal.for good reason! this was my first oil change ever (yupp i guess it was a milestone for me after turning 25 a few days ago) and it definitely set the standard! no more bringing stuff to study and expecting to camp out for an hour. you’ll barely have enough time to check your text messages. :)

First time because of other Unilocalers ratings and boy am I impresses! very friendly from the beginning to end ! Will be repeat customer. The wait was not long at all. The first time as a girl that I did not dread the wait !

This location is quick, friendly, and professional! No matter what time of day you visit this location, the wait never takes very long. I’ve visited for both my inspection and to get my oil changed and they were great both times! I go out of my way to this location just because the service is so great. Also, you can always find coupons on Jiffy Lube’s website which is very helpful!

I once had an automotive mechanic tell me to «go shake my piggy bank little girl and come back when you can pay for what your car needs.» True story. I decided never to go back there. So I spend my hard earned piggy bank change at this Jiffy Lube location.
The oil changes are really speedy, and if you tell them you want the basic, they won’t try to talk you into something else. It usually runs me around $ 40. Once, the guy at the cash register told me my total was $ 450 with a completely straight face. When he noticed I was on the verge of tears, he admitted he was only joking. Car or money jokes are no joking matter for this girl, but I appreciated his effort at some social interaction.
They also have a really cool female mechanic that’s generally badass and knows her stuff. I like that.

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube, but this location is beyond good. Customer service is excellent, and like the other reviewers said, they work fast. They also don’t pressure you to buy a bunch of stuff you don’t need like other locations sometimes do.
I went here to get my inspection a month ago. They told me that in order to pass, I needed to buy a missing lug nut and replace my torn windshield wipers. They directed me to an Autozone down the street because they said buying windshield wipers from them would be expensive — and I definitely appreciated their honesty. They put on the lug nut and the wipers and waived the labor fee, just to be nice. One of the guys also noticed that I had a nail in my tire and recommended a good place to get it fixed. These guys go above and beyond to help customers.
I went out of my way to go to this location to get an oil change today, and they got me in and out of there within 20 minutes even though I was fourth in line when I arrived.
Overall, great location.

Stopped in tonight to get my car inspected and boy were these guys fast! And so courteous as well. Ten minutes from when I got out of my car to when I got back into my car! Brilliant!
