Absolutely the WORST Jack in the Box I have visited in 45 years! Wondered why there were no other customers in the store the morning I visited. My friend ordered by name and number, got the wrong order. My breakfast platter came as ordered, but cold. and the hash browns were sopping with grease(actually dripping); not fit for human consumption. These guys need a visit from the Health Department!

Good hot food but stick to the drive thru at this location. Inside you will get slow order-taking and inattentive service plus a dirty restaurant from employees who prefer to chat with each other — except for one guy who is working his butt off cooking and trying to make up for the others, bless him!

Ordinarily I wouldn’t review a fast food restaurant, especially to post a negative one but maybe it’ll help. I only stop here when I need a quick meal seeing as I live close by and I plan on keeping it that way. My experience today wasn’t much different than usual. The staff gives you the impression that they don’t like you. You are treated as a nuisance. Nearly every time the food I get is different than what I ordered. And it’s usually lukewarm. Oh and it’s somehow not intuitive to them that you may need napkins or things like ketchup for fries. Now I don’t enjoy publicly deriding hourly fast food workers but we’re all supposed to pay inflated prices on fast food so these people can make $ 15 an hour, right? At the risk of being the«old square guy» I’ll continue. I’ve got news for you: You get paid what you are worth. If you desire to maintain a minimum wage attitude life will continue to hand you minimum wage. If you are unhappy in your job you should ask yourself ‘what’s a job I’d like to have?’ I guarantee you will remain unhappy in that job if you are fortunate to attain it. So much of life is about how you decide to view it. And if you work your minimum wage job like you deserve $ 100K a year someone will recognize that and start signing your checks for that amount. You have the choice and some will heed it’s wisdom. Others will not. But it is your choice. It would seem to me that this place has a hiring and training issue. Most people want to get on board and do things the right way. It may not seem like it but I have experienced this in both ways. It goes without saying in order to succeed in customer service there has to be a culture of customer service! And this must come from and be exemplified by management. I don’t believe that this is happening here.

Rude, unsatisfactory, etc just a few of many words I would use to describe this location. Sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes. Witness a costumer get out of his vehicle and get into verbal confrontation with an employee. Get to the call box to finally place our order and the individual tells us to hold on in a rude tone. Waited there for 15 minutes as the other vehicles pulled forward and were served. We finally had enough and considered the box to possibly be faulty and when we drove forward and the next car behind us was immediately asked and served. UNSATISFACTORY!!! I am NEVER going to this location again. Both my girlfriend and I work in the food service industry and are prior service veterans of the military. I will make it a point to spread word of this establishments beyond poor performance. I will be informing corporate of this unprofessional behavior

This location has officially ruined jack in the box for me for good. I needed something quick and small. I ordered a jumbo jack with mustard because i cannot stand mayo. I also wanted water since i didn’t feel like a soda. Not only did i get mayo on my burger, i wasn’t given the cheese i paid extra for. They almost didn’t give me my water, so i reminded them. I was given the worst face ever from the employee there. And then, to add insult, she gave me water from the hand wash sink. I know water is water, but that kind of thing should not be acceptable. I contacted their Web site, but nothing ever came of it. I hope no one else has to go through this atrocity.

Wow. It has been a long time since the last time I encountered such rude customer service in a drive thru at a Jack in the Box. I attempted to order via the drive thru, but the employee taking my order cut me off multiple times before I could finish my order, and I had to ask the same question several times before he would answer it. He was downright rude; it was more than obvious that this man does not want to do this job. I refuse to give my money to a business that allows its employees to treat customers this way. Of course, I was stuck in the drive thru lane after that, as they have it blocked in so customers can’t simply drive away. This meant a VERYLONG wait — with only TWO cars in front of me!!! The drive thru employee was busy chatting with the driver of the first car(I determined this from the laughing and relaxed body language — as if there was no one else waiting to get through). Well, as long as I stuck there, I chose to speak to the manager. I had to wait a few minutes, as the manager was supposedly busy. The manager admitted that no, he had not been listening to how the employee had been addressing customers. He apologized and said he’d take the employee off the drive thru lane, but I had the distinct feeling that this manager was not all that sincere. Let’s just say that I will not be wasting my time here again. I only wish there were a 0-star rating.
