From the time i first stepped onto their office floor i was impressed with these guys the staff in all is phenomenal. I loved that sono and blood draws were all in the same area. Last but not least I want to commend my new Gynecologist hes male my 1^st time seeing a male in his profession. He was highly recommended to me by a friend. I gotta say i am happy to have found him, Today he personally called me and gave me my lab, diagnostic results Blessed to say im Healthy Thank you Dr Ruiz, Jose III.

Sometimes there’s a long wait before your appointment but I think most women know that the OBGYN is usually a wait. Nonetheless, I’ve found my doctor here over four years ago and I will deal with the wait because I refuse to go to anyone else. Dr Laneman is the best

I have had a positive experience here with Dr. Cornforth. She does not rush through appointments and always patiently answers all of my questions. Office staff are pleasant enough and the wait is generally not that long. A few times the doctor has had to run next door to deliver a baby and on those days the wait is longer, but it’s understandable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cornforth to a friend. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that same day appointments are a problem if you have an emergent issue.

If you want a cattle call where you are a number, this is the place for you! I filled out all my forms ahead and time but still waited about 30 – 45 minutes to be called back. I was there because of a concern I had and that fell on deaf ears. Instead of hearing my concern I was given a pap smear and told to come back once I want to get pregnant. I tried to explain my concerns and was told to take pepto bismol. Now it is Oct and I am having to go to a specialist because when I originally went to the OBGYN, my concerns were completely ignored. I do not recommend these people at all.

We love Dr. Laneman and wouldn’t want anyone else! Every time we come in she asks us about everything and makes sure we are doing good. The office staff is always friendly and caring to make sure everything is going ok. Anytime we have a question it gets answered. Not a bad thing to say. Enjoy!

Extremely unprofessional office staff and nursing support. Not prompt with providing updates on labs results. Took me months to get lab results. The staff just does not appear as though they care about their patients, which is really sad because you are in a role that you can impact someone’s health and life. After my third followup call with in an attempt to get my lab results I was propelled to search for any place where I can write a review to warn others about this clinic. I will not be returning back.

Dr. Adams was amazing during my entire pregnancy and with my delivery. I highly recommend him to everyone. All the nurses that worked with him were nice as well. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and greeted me with a smile but I guess they were too busy. The refrigerators hardly ever had any water in them in the waiting rooms which was a bit disappointing.

I have been coming to this obgyn for years. I love dr. ruiz! He is always so welcoming and nice. He takes a few minutes to ask how life has been. Only problem is the wait for a 445pm appointment is crazy. I got there early & still didn’t get seen until after an hour from my scheduled appointment and of course the annual exam was 5min. But I don’t want to have to find a new obgyn when I am already comfortable with where I am at.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Karen Carcamo. She is arrogant and condescending and would never shake my husband’s hand. She would not recommend a specialist to me when I needed one. I have always seen a specialist with my previous doctor in Austin, but she discouraged me from seeing one for a complicated pregnancy. She has a flippant attitude and does not take high risk pregnancies seriously. Furthermore, she is disengaged from her patients and does not follow through. I highly recommend you stay far away from this doctor.

I was referred to this office by my ob to get an iud, My appt was at 2:40 yesterday with Dr. Cornforth for a consultation. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby I was finally called to the back where my vitals were taken. I was brought to a room to wait another hour. I peeped my head out the door and asked an MA if they had forgotten about me she apologized and said the doctor will be right in. After waiting 20 more minutes (at 4:20) I left. I explained what happened to the lady at the check out counter but she obviously could care less and asked me did I want to reschedule, heck no! Do yourselves a favor ladies and just go somewhere else.

Good experience. Dr. Laneman and her nurse were very nice and talked you through the whole appointment. Answered all my questions. Only complaint was that they don’t validate parking. I don’t think you should have to pay parking at a doc office.

After waiting over 3 weeks for an appointment, I drove 25+ miles, wasted gas, time and parking fees. I was told to be there at 1:30. I arrived there about 1:15. At 3:10 I still had not seen a doctor and when I inquired, I was told rather indignantly and more than once «This is an OB-​GYN office.» Soo? Is that a free pass to leave patients waiting? Hey Ladies, I have been to an OB-​GYN before!!! I left to go back to work and would never go there again.

I am very disappointed in my expirence with Dr. Almendarez and this office. He misdiagnosed my fertility issues, and I wasted 2 years only to find out through another doctor that I have PCOS. I suffered a miscarriage and expirenced tremendous pain, when I called the office asking for a pain prescription I was told by the nurse that she would call the doctor, 5 hours later at 5pm she finally called back saying the doctor never responded to her and I should take some ibuprofen or go to the er! In my follow up appointment I expressed my frustration to Dr. A and he responded with «I’m not saying that didn’t happen but I wouldn’t have the largest practice in San Antonio if my office did that!» Wrong answer. This office treats you as a number not a patient and rushes you in and out. Look elsewhere for quality care.

Dr Valentin Almendarez and his staff go above and beyond on every visit. Dr Almendarez gets to the point and offers solutions that fit your needs. I am never in the office more than 45 mins. Stop looking around for the right doctor. HE’S RIGHT HERE!

Love this office! Dr. Carcamo has taken care of me for years and now my daughter comes here, too! The staff is SO nice, which really assures a comfortable and relaxed visit.

Dr. Washington was great. I typically shy away from male doctors but he did a great job making sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed and he gave me his undivided attention for over half an hour. I will definitely go back.
