IHOP

We arrived here at 4:17pm. In the parking lot, there was a (worker?) smoking and drinking a power drink right in the front of the restaurant. It is now 4:26pm. Out of the 12 booths in the main dining area they have, 1 was occupied, 4 were empty and 7 were still dirty with dishes. Sitting here, we noticed our waiter was also the busboy. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want anybody that’s cleaning 7 tables to serve me my food.

We hadn’t been to IHOP in over a year, so we thought we’d give this one a try. Big mistake… Our eggs were cold, our pancakes dry and the syrup had an odd chemical taste. Plus, our drinks were never refilled. At over $ 40 for two kids and two adult breakfasts, this should have been better. What a waste.

it’s ihop — my expectations are never high, but son wanted to come here.
long wait for table — not due to lack of space, but due to lack of personnel –hostess was ringing someone up — waiter leaning against wall near entrance made eye contact, but didn’t offer to seat us.
brought in to be seated to find every — yes EVERY one of the 8 or so unoccupied booths dirty as well as several of the tables. stood waiting while hostess ran to get something to clean table off with. Swept everything onto the floor :(
Hostess apologised, said they had been busy and hadn’t had time to clean — guess not loafing waiter’s «job», as he stayed by wall.
ordered drinks — they came but silverware didn’t — think that was hostess’ job. so stirred my coffee with a straw.
order taken promptly — app of cheese sticks arrived in a timely manner — warm cheese, crispy exterior — marinara was just ok — but they were good. $ 6 for 5 large size sticks.
son’s order came out shortly — he got combo with cheesecake pancakes and strawberries — $ 10. he thought they were awesome! they had cheesecake-​flavored sauce and were topped with strawberries in syrup. sweet, but they were good. his sunny-​side up eggs were well cooked — whites done but yolks still runny.
no food for me, waitress said kitchen was «working on it». not sure of reason for delay — I ordered 2×2×2 — scrambled eggs, sausage, 2 pancakes — with no subs or special requests. About 10 minutes later, son is halfway through when waitress drops off my order. eggs — COLD, pancakes — COLD, sausage — barely warm. order had obviously been left sitting for pickup. called waitress over, she did apologize, offer to remake or heat up (yeah, like I go to restaurant to get microwaved, reheated food) but she was nice about it. at this point, son is about done, so I asked that it just be taken off.
Waitress brought check, showed where item had been removed — appreciated — and said she would be our cashier.
but said waitress did not reappear after 5 or so minutes, so went to cashier. no one there — longer wait — so long I was debating leaving (well, not really).
visit was on Monday night at 8. didn’t see anyone who looked like a manager, but didn’t ask. I think there were 2 – 3 wait staff and hostess. restaurant was not crowded, maybe 3 – 4 occupied tables of 4 or less diners each.
so — didn’t expect much and ihop didn’t disappoint there…

We truly appreciated the Free Hotcakes for Veterans. Either we timed our Free Food Escapade just right or there are numerous IHOPs in the local area.
We had less than a 10 minute wait and our food came quickly. The waitress was nice and the service was better than expected.

I have been waiting to come here and have a good experience. At least the waitress nice. What I’m very upset about though is the fact we had to WAIT 30 minutes to get a table after we noticed that people that came in after us got tables before us… finally after the 3^rd or 4^th time, we approach the hostess and she TRIED blaming us for not doing HER job. She said umm we tried calling you up but you didn’t hear us. THIS LADY DIDN’T EVEN WRITE DOWN OUR NAMES. Once we told her No, we have been sitting here the whole time she said she would put her name at the top of the list.
You had one job. Write down names and call us and you failed to do that.
Secondly the food here always takes forever and is alright, nothing spectacular. Just Alright.
Avoid this place.

Came to grab brunch and we were told the wait would be about 10 – 15 minutes. After waiting 30, and seeing multiple groups that arrived after us seated before us, I asked a different hostest from the first one if were skipped for some reason. She rudely stated «Maybe we already called you name and no one came so we kept going.» Seeing as how we were sitting 10 ft from the stand, I found that completely unlikely and very offended that she suggested so without even looking at her list. I told her, ‘We we’re sitting right there. I don’t think so.’ She asked for my name and looked at her list. I noticed our name WASN’T EVEN ON THE LIST!!! She didn’t apologize. Just said, ‘well we can put your name at the top of our list. How many are in your party?’ I told her and then we were seated after that.
Luckily, our waitress was very sweet and the food was quick, or else I would have only given this place 1 star.

This is one of the newer locations and has not let me down. Always clean, there isn’t too much wait. Customer service is great! I come here after mass and everything always turns out delicious! I always come here with my family and I always enjoy it. IHOP, keep doing what your doing! Love your chicken florentine, omelettes and can’t forget pancakes! Yum! Thanks for always having dependable service!

This place is not what it used to be. Service was good, but the food was not. My omelete was overcooked and did not have enough cheese. The pancakes were terrrible (overcooked and tasted old). I am so disappointed. The Womens restroom was disgusting. The toliets and walls need to be cleaned.

Horrible service.
To start with we parked and as we approached the entrance there were 3 employees standing at the door smoking. Nothing worse than walking through a cloud of smoke on your way to eat. Our waiter was really slow almost 20 minutes before he came to take our order. The food was typical ihop quality. We then waited 15 minutes to pay the bill while numerous employees including the manager walked by us and never even acknowledged us waiting at the register. Afraid this will be my last visit to this Ihop.

Horrible service!!! The hostess had a fairly decent attitude and seated me right after seating the guests before me. However, I sat there for about 5 mins and finally a waitress approached my table. Without saying hello, introducing herself to me, or even asking how was I doing, rudely asked if I needed more time to look over the menu. I was shocked to see how poorly she presented herself to a potential customer. When I told her I had enough time to look over the menu… then she shrugged. Needless to say I wasn’t pleased at all so I left and I will NEVER dine here again!

Usually go to Jim’s for Sunday breakfast but my wife and I wanted a change. Should have stuck with Jim’s. Service was good, restaurant was clean but food was bland and overpriced. Who charges $ 2.69 for a glass of soda anyways? Will not return.

Were seated in 10 mins or less like they had told us. Waitress Erica is nice and attentive. Our grand daughters breakfast came right away. Not the cleanest or passive but it’s Saturday morning. I was not wowed by this location like I used to be when it opened up. Downhill goes.

Can’t go wrong with Ihop. You know exactly what your going to get. Very great place for kids! The service at this particular location is great! Love this place.

Went there with some friends, and the service was terrible! Our waiter didn’t pay attention to our table at all, waited for twenty minutes to get our check, went to the register to tell the cashier what we ordered stood there for another ten minutes waiting for a cashier. The place was quite empty and had people waiting out the door for tables.

I enjoy IHOP a great deal. However, this one just was not very good. The service was mediocre, the cashier was also mediocre and in general slow. The food was to be expected. However, while the service was slow, they were still very nice. I would suggest going to the one near the Forum.
