I used them several times over the course of a couple of years. Then when my computer circuit board died they offered me a deal on a reconditioned computer. The bill was higher than originally quoted and then about a month later there were problems with the computer that I felt they should repair free but they wanted to charge hundreds to fix. I felt they should have stood by their service so it took it back to my old computer repair place and they fixed it for $ 35 bucks. I talked to the business owner who initially recommended them and he had had a similar experience and switched to someone else

Help Me! Tech Team saved my business recently. My laptop died during a Windows backup and everything was ERASED. Gone. I couldn’t even power it up. I was DISTRAUGHT, to say the least, because I am a one woman show and my business is my world.
Help Me! Tech Team brought my laptop back to life. They were so nice, professional and helpful, and the charges were very, very fair.

My laptop crashed with over 116gigs of data. Help me computers was able to give me a quick solution: enabling me to brief my boss on time. For no further surcharge they were able to fully recover all of my data, re-​install windows and streamline many of the computer nerdy gadgets that are beyond my understanding.
Customer service was phenomenal.
The price was also phenomenal.
I hope I will not need data recovery services again; however if I do I am going to help me computers!
