Gonzaba Medical Group

This Medical Group is horrible. I went in 2 weeks ago for a doctor’s appointment new patient because I just moved here and the first time I’m there they give me an appointment with the PA and then one week later they give me appointment with the doctor
What’s really funny and embarrassing for the clinic is that the doctor didn’t really know much about medicine and at the same time when she referred me to somebody she referred me to a specialized doctor outside my insurance coverage. another thing that’s funny is that as a doctor she questioned me about my health coverage… why I have it it is none of her business it’s only the government’ and my family…
Yes I did get a full Medical check up with blood and normal body check up. But this was a joke here.

I’m been coming to the Gonzaba Northwest location on Culebra Rd. for years. I have a great doctor there and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. There have been quite a few changes over the years to the offices, but service still remains good. It is definitely a busy location, so I always try to get my appointments in the morning. You can get just about everything done there, including x-​rays and lab work. It’s your one stop health shopping spot.

We have been seeing Dr. Greg Gonzaba for the past 8 years. He has treated my mother with the utmost respect and dignity! He has kept her in great health! She is a diabetic and I’m very happy to report that there have been no concerns whatsoever. No surgeries, amputations or risk factors. Dr. Greg takes his time, we do not feel rushed or harried! Family is very happy with him!

As I am writing this I am sitting here waiting for my appt. that was supposed to be an hour ago. A few minutes ago they just told me I was going to have to wait another 45 minutes to be seen! So an appt. that was scheduled for 10:30 takes ¹¹⁄₂ to be seen (fingers crossed) !!!I didn’t want to believe some of the other bad reviews but it’s looking like this is a dr. Office I will not be returning to!!! (Ingram & celebrate location) let’s hope dr. Arrevelo makes it worth my wait!!!

Worst medical facility I’ve been to. The people here are unprofessional and the doctor I saw laughed about my concerns I was having.

If you going to see the Dr. Greg Gonzaba, expect the run around treatment! I had an appointment today at 2:15! After being told there was one patient in front of me, I expected a short wait! I was never seen and sat in a room for an hour! When I tried to make another appointment I was offered a date 2 months from now! I showed up but the doctor was to busy schmoozing with pharmaceutical reps!

I’m so glad I took off work to take my Mom here after being referred to by the southside location to go see the Podiatrist here ASAP. Even though the trek across town during morning rush hour was hectic, I made sure to leave early to make it on time ! The wait to see the podiatrist was kinda long, but that was ok because they had a nice big flat screen tv to watch Good Morning America (never get to watch that) ! My mother saw the Podiatrist — a young Indian American lady who was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The medical assistant also took really good care of my Mom’s feet by bandaging her affected toe and trimming her toenails and giving my Mom a mini– pedicure ! We were outta there pretty soon and my Mom and I felt very relieved to have finally gotten great medical care ! :)
