Great service! The expert was very informative and friendly. She explained everything she was doing as she was evaluating the items that I brought in. I’ve been to some gold buyers before and you’re always questioning them. How do you know you’re not being scammed? Well, this place was great! I felt confident selling my gold items to them. She tested everything right in front of me. Showed me the calculations on the computer and offered a check payment right on the spot.
This will be my go to place if I need to sell gold or silver. I highly recommend them.

The Gold Girls are GOLDEN! Went here with my mother to sell some old, broken chains & such. I have sold gold & jewelry before, but have never had such a professional experience. Michelle explained all of the testing methods & pulled up the current rates for gold & silver in front of us. This was the amount that was used for calculating the sale price! This created a feeling of trust & we felt as though we were definitely getting the true value of the items sold.
Michelle used a gold weight detector (?) to determine the karat of gold in each item. In addition she used a chemical method to determine if an item was silver. In the end a check was cut & we went on our way. Michelle had such a great, friendly personality… she was a pleasure to work with.
I was also quite impressed that within the week, I received a Thank You card, handwritten from Michelle. Thank you Gold Gals!
