Extremely Rude!
The lady who owns the place is always rude can never greet anyone and always nit picks at little things.
Charges for every little thing with no remorse.
Accidentally receive the wrong fax?
Thats a charge.
Spend 30 seconds extra on the slow computers they have?
Thats a charge
Talk on your phone?
Thats a charge
O wait no they cant charge for that but will ask you to take it outside.
If you spend more than 10 minutes in that place you will definitely feel unwelcome.
I go here as a last resort.
I gladly make the trip up the street just so I dont have the feeling of not being appreciated as a customer and being treated rude.

Called ahead to see if I could drop off a FedEx package that has a prepaid tag on it. The answer was yes. When I tried to drop off the package the moody girl at the counter was quick to turn me away. Thanks for waisting my time!
