GIMME A BREAK

We have just moved into the area and this company provided excellent service and welcomed us to the community. Our home is now ready to move into. We are going to continue service as we work extended hours and don’t have enough time in the day. Love the smell and clean feeling walking into the house. A definite go to company. THANKS

Do not use this company. We hired them for a move out cleaning and I could and should have done it myself. What a waste of money! $ 250 for the mediocre job they did is too much. When we called to make an appointment they made false promises, when we called back during the service, the owner said she had never said that and there was nothing she could do to fix it. Horrible customer service and bad cleaning! My husband and I went back and cleaned the house again. Before their workers left I politely showed them different places they had not cleaned and they said in Spanish: «that just can’t be cleaned» I showed them how I was cleaning it, and one of the ladies rolled her eyes at me, grabbed a dirty towel and passed it over the different places. Really bad, they really deserve 0 stars, but I guess 1 is the lowest Unilocal allows.
