I don’t know why people are complaining. If you know what you’re looking for in advance, the less time you have to spend in the store. I always know what I want to purchase and the people there are very friendly and always help me out. Very convenient location too. Good variety of selection. Two thumbs up!

First, last and only time I’ll ever walk into a Gamestop was today. I already knew what I wanted so I went up to the counter to ask for it. Two staff members were having a conversation (one with their back to the store, the other facing me. I was the only customer in the store at this point) and one saw me but continued to talk to the other staff member. I waited a bit longer and realized I was not going to be attended until I said something, at which point I was addressed in a less than pleasant manner. I shouldn’t have even lent my business to this location but rest assured I won’t be back for future purchases.

Took my boys Wii games and accessories in for trade in. They want the new PS4 (currently sold out…) the staff at this store were really friendly and helpful and even though they couldn’t take everything, we still got a good deal. Plus, they let us know we could pre-​order a game and increase our trade in value! Totally didn’t have to do that. I was impressed!
